So my family went Sunday after church and we were the only people in the store. We waited 20 mins before they even knew we were in the store. Waiting on drinks and we finally ordered. When our wings came out they hardly had sauce on it. We had to wait on pizza and when it came out we order it with light sauce and it had to be double sauce. Spoke with the manger at the time and he said that they were cooking 20+ pizzas at the time. No excuse. It was a really bad experience and we’re here couple times a week. They are always understaffed. It’s has truly gone downhill in the last year or so. This was Sunday August 3 and Harriman location.

The new guy there that says this is his store and he does things his way needs a lesson in customer service. My co worker and I had lunch there and he is not someone that should be working with the public. After already paying 40.00 for a $20 meal he the says we had to pay extra for ranch and said this location does not do to go drinks but if I give him a 5 star review he would give a free 20oz.. I would not give a whole star if there was a half star review….. be careful what you order. The upcharges are insane

10/10! Always a Great experience all around for my family & I ! Very clean building, Amazing food & fast service. The employees are helpful & kind. The manager, Barb is such an asset to Pizza Hut. From the moment you walk in, she makes sure that your experience is top notch. She’s very attentive, accommodating & always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right! She definitely deserves the recognition for always providing a 5 star experience! Highly recommend this Pizza Hut! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Update March 2021: Curbside pickup is a joke and they should discontinue it. Last *THREE* times I’ve ordered online and specified curbside and all 3 times were failures. The number posted for curbside goes to the national order line (forwarded). They try to reach the store, but no answer or they end up sending me to the wrong number. I ended up going INSIDE all 3 times to *WAIT* and retrieve my order. Service is poor and they are apparently UNDERSTAFFED. Two stars because the food is always good. Poor service affected the review severely.

We called in a delivery pizza but forgot to add something on, so we called back but we could not reach the store, as we kept getting the call center, who told us that the restaurant was not answering the phone. We tried for like 30 minutes but still could not get anyone to answer the phone, and by this time, our pizza had arrived. When I went in to speak to the general manager on Monday, he told me it was his store and when they get busy, they don’t answer the phone. I then went in and spoke with Sharon, who has worked for Pizza Hut for like 32 years and is wonderful and very respectful. The general manager had told me that they were very busy and that he had to call someone from another office to help, even though this guy he had called to have come help him was outside doing windows. He also told me that that was his ride home. This place needs a general manager who is willing to resolve problems and not act all smug telling me over and over “It’s MY store!”

Placed an online order for pickup and when I arrived to get the food, the restaurant was locked. No one would answer the phone at the store and the call center people who answered didn’t cancel the order. So, I’ve spent over $15 on food I won’t receive and can’t get refunded for. Abysmal service.

BETTER PLACES TO GO!!!!After 5 yrs. Buying here and was always a big pizza hut buyer im DONE ! Horrible and not what you ask for are pay for anymore. Dry no sauce no added toppings that you pay for JUST DRY! Johnathan the manager HORRIBLE customer service doesnt care to lose business over making it right! Won’t buy here no more! It’s not the same!
