The place was really nice and clean. The server was super friendly and really quick. They had my order out in like 13 minutes which got to be some kind of record. I loved the new melt. I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in probably 15 years but, I’ll definitely be going back to this one.

The team that was working today, man they went over and beyond I brought 17+ people in there and we had a birthday party great team very responsive very helpful. They made the experience 10 times better for my boys’s birthday.

Update December 5th 2019- I was contacted by the regional manager and given a store credit for the value of the pizza that was lost during my pizza experience below. This time around the employees were attentive and very helpful. The pizza was ready and the order was correct. Unfortunately the pizza was just alright. See my updated pictures, I am not saying that the pizza was bad it was just alright. Solid three stars this time around. It was nice to have to order ready when the email said it would be.

I typically try to avoid writing google reviews for only negative experiences. See my other reviews to see what I mean. I typically give 4-5 stars and am not hard to please. Yesterdays experience at this Pizza Hut definitely needs to be documented though.
Placed our order at 5:28 pm online for 3 pizzas. Arrived 5 minutes early to pick up the order. I was told that the order would be ready in 5 minutes or 6:05 pm. That would be perfect as the email said the pizza would be ready at 6:05 pm. After waiting with my kids for about 20 minutes I went back to the counter to inquire as to the status of the order. I was told they would check and the employee walked away. He never came back to update us and I stood at the counter getting ignored by every employee until about 6:25 pm. The cashier came out with 2 pizzas at this time and I asked him where the other pizza was. He gave me a funny look and said he had no idea. I asked him if he could find someone who did know. After a few minutes he came back to inform me that it did not get into the oven and that he would “credit my pizza hut account for the missing pizza.” A little in shock I asked how I was supposed to feed everyone with 2 of 3 pizzas. He just said I do not know and that he was sorry and that they were so busy tonight. I just said okay and politely left. On the way home I stopped at Little Caesar’s and bought another ham and pineapple pizza to feed the rest of the family.
After getting home we opened the pizza. The meat lovers was fine. Cold, but fine. The ham pizza was pure garbage (see the photo). I am so glad I stopped to get another pizza or we would have had to make something else for dinner. Checked my Pizza Hut account, no “Credit” to be found. Credit card was hit for the full amount of the 3 pizza’s. Now I am getting pretty frustrated.
So, to recap. I paid for 3 pizza’s. Of these 3 pizzas I got 1 edible pizza that was cold and one garbage pizza. Oh, and I paid for dinner at another place so my kids would have enough to eat.
This is a warning to those in the Brigham City area. Beware of the Pizza Hut. I understand being busy and was very polite with the staff (although I wanted to loose my mind). This is one place I would avoid. There are too many good restaurants around.

This Pizza Hut location recently remodeled, and there are some new items on the menu. Today I tried the Athenian salad, and it was absolutely delicious. The salad is supposed to be made with Romaine lettuce, but for obvious reasons they are currently using the garden salad mix with iceberg lettuce. The salad had sun dried tomatoes, sliced tomatoes, warm chicken, pepperoni, feta cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette. The real kicker (and winner here) was a warm balsamic glaze. It was so darn yummy. My little one had a personal pan pizza and ate every bite. I’ll definitely be back, not only because I love pizza, but that salad is to die for.

1st visit to the new place: online ordered, didnt have 2 of the toppings, they didnt call me to tell me, got there to pick up my order to find out they made it with out it and so they were nice enough to give me a suppose to be a 20$ credit turned into a 15$ credit. In which brings me to the 2nd visit… I called to ask how to redeem my 20$ credit they informed me it was only 15$ but would correct it so I ordered a big box dinner, was told the total was going to be 19.97 was paying cash but when delivery guy got here (which he was really awesome that’s why I am giving this place 2 stars) but they didnt correct it they only gave me 15$ so I was like alright whatever, but when i opened the pizza box up and seen the bbq pizza was slab of bread with a thin layer of bbq sauce and a few pieces of chicken on it and the CHEESY bread sticks were over done, that when I figured I’d share my experience. Not sure I’ll be going back especially sense the 1st time I went in to pick up my order I noticed that were tons of dirty pizza pans shoved and over stuffed all over the bottom rack falling on the floor, and a dirty mop bucket was next to the prep table. And we all have hard days I get it but damn maybe they need a little more preparation a building face lift hasn’t done much for this business unfortunately. Very dissatisfied. I also understand ur food never looks like the pic but wow! Way off
Update. 6-10-19 my husband stopped by there talked with the manager they gave him a credit, and he ordered a pizza he said it was really good with decent amount of toppings. Thank you pizza hut for taking care of the issue. I appreciate it.

I have always loved the meat lovers. I asked for extra sauce on my pizza. I feel like that thought I said no sauce. The meat lovers was real lite on the toppings. I will eat elsewhere from now on.

I didn’t realize that I didn’t click the button for cheese on my online order.
I called and that were so kind and helpful. They delivered a second pizza with cheese this time.

Went for lunch. No one was there, the parking lot completely empty. Customer service was not good. Server spoke so quietly we couldn’t hear them. Wasn’t willing to give any suggestions till we asked. It took forever for our food and it was all mediocre. Ended up sick from eating the buffalo chicken pizza. It’s the first time we went there in 3 years and never again. Inside was nice though. It’s only redeeming quality.

We showed up as they were giving away a free slice. Landen, the area manager was there with the store manager, Amila. My family moved to Brigham city three years ago, and the first place we ate was this Pizza Hut. I vowed I’d never eat here again. However, today has changed my opinion. Landen comped my Cajun wings because he was so confident I’d be hooked. All I can say is, get the Cajun wings. Apparently they’ve lowered the price for them. Regardless I’m hooked. The faces of the employees were seemingly genuinely excited to have my family come in. They ensured accuracy of the order which is one thing they didn’t do 3 years ago. We ate in the restaurant, and I got to explain to my 8 years ago old why Pizza Hut is family place, unlike all the other chains. The good, fresh, and amazing presentation of everything made my son a believer. Silly, I know, but this Pizza Hut is back on my favorites list. Created a wonderful family memory which to me, merits a 5 star review.
