Not sure what happened since my last visit. This place was a mess! All the zero products were unavailable! I was told they are not given enough staff to refill the zero syrup! There was a HUGE spill on the floor for the entire time I was in the restaurant. It was without a doubt a slip and fall hazard with one safety cone placed to far away to be seen. It also wasn’t near the biggest part of the spill. The management placed a order on the counter for pickup and it appeared that the customer nearly slipped picking up his food. Why not place food far away from the spill until it’s properly cleaned up?
My last visit invited me back, this one made me think again…

I love this Burger King! Every single time we’ve come, it has been consistently good. We moved to this area in September and have been multiple times. Everyone is friendly, food is always hot and fresh, and they are quick! Love this location, thank you for being so great!!

Breakfast at this location is unmatched by other Burger kings. Even just how they wrap the breakfast sandwiches. The croissant is always fresh you can see by the pictures. Every other location especially parker they are soggy and gross. Love the am team at this location & drive out of my way when I’m craving Burger King breakfast.

Went at lunch time and they were very busy and shorthanded. My order came out quickly and was good. The coke machine ran out and was unable to get a refill but being as busy as they were I understood the problem they were having.

As always this location rocks. And our cashier Russ is amazing, extremely patient and considerate, which is so refreshing in this day and age when good service is a thing of the past. Thank you Russ!

It was alright fried were hot but unsalted the the other fry was extremely salty and their nuggets just weren’t up to par for my liking as a cook I like a restaurant or place of business that cooks to make the customer want to come back and that’s not the experience I got

Our visit to this Barranca Ln. location, was less than typical. Management appeared irritated when we asked for a correct receipt for our order, that we’d just placed; as we’d been given someone else’s. My brother’s Whopper was VERY dry, with almost zero sauce, and NO flavor. It was disappointing to say the least. My Impossible (plant-based) Whopper was just OK. I am giving this meal 2 stars only, because the fries were good. This visit was bothersome enough, that I do not recommend this location.

Whichever bald old white man at the drive through saying my friend is hard to understand just because he lacks common sense and auditory skills made this entire experience terrible. I mean, if you’re gonna talk about customers, at least make sure you’re not on a live mic. 0/10 would NOT recommend.
