Everytime i order pizza here its terrible, i get it its cheaper pizza but the effort that gets put into making a pizza is a joke, its never cut properly and the amount of toppings its a joke. They take forever everyone has an attitude and your better off somewhere else.

I placed an order via the app to be ready by 1:45 PM. At around 12:10 PM, I get an email that the pizza is made and ready to be grabbed.
I make my way early to the store, and the pizza portal won’t let me get the pizza, says I need an employee. I wait at the front desk and ask more than once for assistance, and all three employees who could see I was at desk are on e-devices and refuse to even acknowledge my presence until a minute or two later, when one of them finally puts his phone down and walks over to help me out.
After that things went fine, the employee assisted me with the issue and I walked away with my food.

Little Caesar is little Caesar always good just frustrating last 3 door dash orders a made its a pizza with crazy bread combo. Last 3 times the pizza sauce is never with the order. Its an easy fill to order . Its easy management or training that cant read the receipt and its says crazy sauce

I ordered the deep deep dish pizza and the picture below is what I got. Definitely not the deep deep dish I get at other locations. It seems the dough was not stretched all the way or something. Didn’t seem like whoever made it cared too much either way since they still threw it in the box and served it. They also accidentally charged someone else’s card for my order while I was there and had to correct it. One of the workers also had some strange thick yellow liquid on their hand which makes me concerned for my health. They don’t even give red pepper flakes anymore which is ridiculous. The only reason I give it two stars instead of one is because the pizza still tasted mostly okay. Definitely doughier and needs more sauce and cheese than other locations, but the general taste is there.

Order on the phone. Said my order was going to be done 5:59. It’s 645 pizza still being made. Workers are slow and poor management. Also apparently they don’t have coins to give back the customer their full amount waiting here for 46min was enough for me to say No too Caesars. 5 customers had to ask for a refund because they don’t have their orders ready. If you plan on buying from here. Order your pizza 2hrs early. Hopefully your pizza will be ready by then.

They are taking orders from their app, but the store is closed. There were five other customers who had the same situation as me at the same time. Wasted nearly an hour of my time today. I hope the employees are all O.K., and understand these are difficult times, but Mgmt should figure out how to shut down web/app ordering if they need to close the store. I hope they are proactive in reversing any credit card charges. We’ll see…
Update — three days later and no credit, nor response from corporate. Save yourself the frustration and never order from this store

Im giving 1 star for service because I stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order for over 5 min. They ignored me. Finally someone took my order, had a terrible attitude and gave my pizza to another customer. I had to wait an additional 15 min. When I finally got my pizza it was undercooked and not even cut all the way.
