I asked for them to write happy birthday on a cake for me and was sent out of the store with this cake. Not only did they mess up and scrape off the P, but it literally looks like a second grader decorated this cake, I could have easily made the cake look better than this. It was a good laugh though.

Though I’ve eaten here before I went to the bathroom while picking up an order. Soon as you get to the bathroom area it smells like weed. You go into the bathroom and there is ashes and weed all over literally there is weed stems and whatnot

They are not cheerful people at all . They carry themselves in a, “let me get this order done , so I can go back to bring on my phone”. And they were all actually on their phone when I arrived. They dont give attitude but they dont show positive attitude either. If I went to have a kind & welcoming experience, it would never happen. But the orders come out correctly.

This is a pretty good Dairy Queen location ice cream comes a little melted. The atmosphere is a little disconcerting, there are lots of security cameras and it is not the cleanest. I do not always feel the safest there.

I stop in this DQ every few months and the employees are always cool, the food is always hot and fresh, and it’s usually very quiet.

I asked for a cup of water with my order and was told they don’t have water other than bottled water for sale. I cancelled my order and walked out and they said they were ok with losing a customer if I wouldn’t purchase Dasani water. There is enough plastic trash on this planet.

Went there for the free cone day , was nice ! The workers were amazing and treated me with kindness and integrity. Disappointed because they ran out of crunchin cookie , please next time have gallons of that sweet nectar , cause I ain’t playing about that crunchin cookie the lords KNOWS !
