Ordered online for my driver for delivery to the Kroger DC 1.5 miles away.. Ended up the could not get a door dash person to come and take the order there since they had just done a large order… Driver ended calling the store and finally et through since they texted and said order was cancelled since they could not get a delivery done and a Uber eats person was in the store and he offered them 10$ cash to bring it to him.. pretty shady when you had to leave a tip online and then have to pay someone else as well to get it delivered because they cannot get a delivery coordinated when they offer delivery service.. should have gotten by 1250 and he only got it around 2pm. So basically this location does NOT have there own delivery service.

I hate to give this review because I have been a loyal customer for a year now but I placed my order online around 1:30 to be ready at 4. Although I was late picking up at 4:20 it still was not ready and had to wait 30 extra minutes and watch 4 or 5 people walk in front of me and pick up my order. Very dissatisfied today. However, it seems like they did give me an extra pizza to make up but I was late picking up my son from daycare waiting on his pizza so I would have just rather got it on time instead. Hope this the first and last unsatisfied experience.

Grabbed some pizzas and such garlic wings for the Memphis basketball game tonight m pickup was surprisingly fast for a Friday night. Got my order in about 15 minutes. Pizza is good but the wings are amazing. Best to call in and pickup, delivery is a little behind on weekends

I order pizza from this location about twice a week and every time I go my order is fresh and hot. The manager and crew are always on point. It seems they are short staffed because I see the same people every time I go on different days however, they are always on point. I track my order and by time I arrive my food is hot and ready. Thanks for all you guys do.

I have ordered from the E Shelby Dr location at least 5 times on different occasions just for them to cancel my order. How can you operate a pizza business and don’t have pepperonis cheese and dough each and every time this location needs to be closed down because this utterly ridiculous. Poor Service, Bad food.
Ordered online and was alerted my order was ready. Got there and was told it was not ready. We waited patiently and our pizza was barely warm and wings were under cooked and just laying in wing sauce. The taste was bland even after warming it up. The lady at the front counter was nice but whoever the person back there cooking was terrible at it. Multiple people orders were wrong as they got stuck waiting on their food too.
I will NEVER go to that location on Shelby Drive again! And cannot recommend anyone else ordering from there.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this store and they made my order wrong with no advanced notice that my pizza had to be altered.
I called the Doordash driver immediately after delivery and he NEVER responded. I then called the store to complain about the pizza being made incorrectly. Instead of them stating that they couldn’t fulfill the order with GRILLED chicken, almost an hour later, they sent me a pizza with what appeared to be processed chicken nuggets. UNACCEPTABLE….
