While visiting in Chesapeake with my granddaughter and grandson, we all ordered Biggie Bags. During our frequent outings we stop and get a quick affordable lunch. Unfortunate for us, each Biggie bag was the worst we’ve ever had. To be so close to the lunchtime hour I would have expected the food to be much fresher than it was. Not be given the previous day leftovers. The only good interaction was the drive-thru customer service attendant.

I’ll let you be the judge. The fries were mid warm. I had to walk in after the drive thru to show my concern and request fresh fries. The young man made me wait an additional 5 mins for them. When I asked how much longer he told me that i must wait behind the “big line”. I think not! Then i went home to this hard rock of a dessert. WoW! They are lucky I was home. But I can always rely on a Google review to make my case. I would not recommend this location.

I ordered the new chicken strips. What I got looks nothing like their strips or even resembles chicken strips.

Trust me when I tell you do not go there. Food is old and nasty. I understand it’s fast food. I would not know where to start and what to say.
Terrible staff and the manager is even worse she is very sloppy.
Called corporate but have not heard the word up today

Don’t waster your time. I stood there at the counter for 15 mins and never got to even place my order. 4 people walking around in the back while one person is there and the one person that’s working moves so slow it took him the whole 15 mins to bad one order staring at a screen. The night workers are gross picking hair. Underwear hanging out of their pants.

I’m soooo grossed out. Ordered take out and when I got home there was gum stuck to the paper bag. *gag* Y’all have got to stop playing with peoples’ food. Super gross. Immediately threw it away. Never going back.

Bro… imagine being so emotionally unstable you start beef with two kids on bikes at a Wendy’s drive-thru. Like seriously, you work the headset—not the Pentagon.

These dudes pulled up just trying to figure out how the menu works, and y’all acted like they asked for nuclear codes. Got mad because someone didn’t memorize your frosty combinations?

And the manager? This lady came in cussing like she was about to do some by , yelling, probably thinking she’s on “Kitchen Nightmares.” Bro, this isn’t Hell’s Kitchen. This is fast food. You hand out frosties. Sit down. Lady your job is completely replaceable.

I used to work in Wendy’s at 19 , and when a customer didn’t know how something worked, here’s a simple method and write it down cause apparently y’all like clowning too much, you just tell them. You don’t turn it into a Jerry Springer episode in the drive-thru. It’s not that deep.

What’s even more embarrassing is that y’all probably recorded it, giggling in the back like a bunch of gremlins. Like holy, imagine being so proud of clowning some kids like “we did something.” You didn’t do anything except show the whole internet why your location has 3 stars cause it’s staff is garb.

Fire the whole crew. Shut the location down. Literally anyone else would run it better. There’s like 7 other Wendy’s in the city. No one’s gonna miss the location Catch unemployment with that attitude. Smh .

Just ordered breakfast through drive thru, fries were great, sausage biscuit was extremely greasy inside package and on the outside of the English muffin. The staff member never told me how much my order cost, took my card, never gave me a receipt, was unfriendly and said no greetings. I still don’t know how much I paid.

First I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get my salad which they forgot to give me and all they did was hand it to me, no apologies. The chili tasted weird, I know what Wendy’s chili should taste like. I ordered a single with no cheese and guess what it had cheese stuck to both sides of the burger. The junior cheeseburger was so dried out and black, see picture. $42 and I certainly was not satisfied will not be back.
