I ordered one order of garlic bites. It said an hour until they were ready and the tracker said they were being made. I went to pick them up at the time they said they would be ready which was an hour and the message board inside said they hadn’t been prepped yet. I left and came back a half hour later and they still hadn’t been put in the oven yet. They were busy. I understand that. When I asked when they would be ready they said they didn’t know. I asked to cancel my order and was told they couldn’t cancel it because I had already paid. I ended up leaving without my food because I was late to be somewhere. I just wanted my order canceled and my money back.

We ordered a pizza and it was two hours late. When we called the first time, the person on the other side of the phone was not very helpful. The second time there was a bit of change talking to the GM.Though it was two hours late the GM who was in the building February 18 around 8-10PM. He told us that he would personally Deliver the pizza. He was very helpful and nice and made sure we still had a positive experience after waiting. Yes, the pizza was Luke warm but it’s the fact that he had such wonderful customer service that helped. He even told us to call tomorrow morning. We greatly appreciate the effort you’ve given!

Never again. Took nearly 2 hours to get our food. Ordered on the app at 5:24. Had to call at 6:20 for my food to be started. Order did not come until 7:05. Will never order from this location again, this is the 2nd time this happened. Lesson learned.

They left my pizza sitting in the snow. Not my porch, but the snow. Didn’t knock or anything. Pizza was sitting in the snow for who knows how long. Tried to chat online and complain, and they literally disconnected the chat saying nothing they can do. Do yourself a favor and get pizza elsewhere.

Ordered a pizza through the app at this location. My family went to both our son’s basketball games. (5:30 & 7:30) when the games finally finished, (we are starving and we are sick of fast food) we placed the order. Get to the restaurant, door was locked but lights were on. Posted time for closing was 12am. Get back to the car received a email stated they cancelled the order. We haven’t been able to go grocery shopping because we have been so busy with work and basketball. It was getting late and it’s a school night. We all went to bed hungry. Never been so upset with a restaurant in my life.

They haven’t even put the pizza in the oven per the tracker, and its 8:41pm. New time for pickup is 9:40p
The food is good, but don’t expect fast service. Actually expect your order to be very delayed. If you live near another dominos, youre probably better off with them. This is a reoccurring thing.

They dont really get the order right 1 out of 3 times. and a worker complained about women picking up orders asking if all the sauces were in the bag. It’s a dominos so they dont care about reviews.

I almost never leave negative reviews but this place has gone so far downhill I feel like I need to warn people not to order from here. I placed an order and waited over an hour and a half and the tracker didn’t show it even being made yet. I called and waited on hold for 17 min before I got in my car and drove to the restaurant still on hold. They told me there were still 4 orders ahead of mine. No one is answering the phone. No warning on the app that there is a 2 hour wait. I had them cancel my order and I ordered pizza from another local place. If you can’t meet demand hire more people. If you are not able to hire and retain people you probably aren’t paying them enough. I was a regular customer for years, but not anymore.

We have been hung up twice after calling about missing food from our order. They were not helpful. We had been on hold for at least 30 minutes and we had a place to be making us late never buy here again. This place is horrible. Go to Papa John’s it’s closer and personally the food is better and they don’t hang up on you.
