Stellar service compared to Monona location and a really good location regardless. I have to thank the staff there and they are not only good but they’re comical and I couldn’t help but laugh and smile over a bad incident at a different location. We made light of it and they made great sandwiches. Want to say thanks again to these guys and gal here

It was ok but the fries came out cold, the turkey sub was very plain and didn’t have much lettuce in it (shredded rather than leafy), The fries were plain too. I didn’t really like them. I like McDonald’s fries better. Two subs, fries and drink for lunch $40. Seating was comfortable. Some of the other menu items might be better

My wife and I ordered meal deals at 7:50 PM and I walked to the store to pick them up, only to discover the lobby closed at 8. I was not able to get the attention of any staff and no one picked up when I called the store’s number. I ended up having to call my wife to come in her car so we could pick up at the drive thru. If the store won’t allow a pick up order, it should make that clear on the website.

Burning
Genuinely had one of the worst weekends of the year. Stopped here at random and asked the cashier at the moment to ditto his regular order. It was a Wisconsin Philly with parm bread and lots of mayo. Genuinely one of the best subs I’ve ever had. Really brought my mood back up from my otherwise ridiculously shitty weekend.

I liked my Italian sub. I added black olives and pickles to it. And I got plenty of Vitamin C, 100 percent, from Hi-C Fruit Punch. One of the African American guys did a great job mopping the lobby floor and changing the garbage bags. One of them helped me find the Women’s restroom. There is a decent selection of bottled beverages. I feel like the store manager needs to know some things. There’s mold in the ceiling. The lid to the Coca Cola isn’t closed all the way. The lighting to the signs need to be fixed.

This is the most pathetic place I ever been to. I paid $10 for their Steak Philly and the food didn’t even cover the bottom of the container. It weights 212g with the box and 157g without it… A $3 taco weights more than that.
