The subs here are always fresh and taste great. I really like the pick-up window that comes in handy. The dining room is always clean. Takes a little bit of time to make a hot, fresh sub when they are busy. The lemonade is really good. The cookies are always a favorite.

Made my fries fresh. Cheesesteak was perfect. I mean i even ate the last piece of break with just a little onion in it. Only bad thing was lemonade was kind of bitter.

Place is very dirty. Everything, and I mean everything needs a good dawn soap scrub. Management needs to do better and make sure the kids are actually cleaning. You can smell how dirty the fry oil is. I walked right out until this place gets cleaned. You should do the same!

Very dirty, I was going to get ice tea but the canister was covered in grime. The fries look and tast like they were cooked in old oil. What a waste of money.

On 7/13 I walked in to place a to-go order and was told to wait while the girl checking out was prepping a meal. No problem, but this location appears very short staffed and untrained. I waited while two customers after me received their meals. I felt this was odd because they didn’t preorder and my sandwich was just a large chicken teriyaki with nothing special. After receiving my sub, I believe I am absolutely done with Penn-station. This was an $11.99 sub that is supposedly a “large”. The bread isn’t even fully cooked! There’s still raw dough inside, hardly any filling as you can see, why would anyone think it’s appropriate to sell? Do not recommend.
Response to Penn-Station corporate message below: I contacted you prior to posting this. Not a word from you guys since…

The floors, tables, chairs, and food baskets were all really sticky and gross. The music was blaring so loud I couldn’t hear the person across from me. The service was kind of rude. The food was good, but with the price being almost $30 for two people, we will not be back.

In the past 6 or so years, my sandwich has only been made correctly not even a handful of times. I ALWAYS ask for tomato on my sub and I RARELY ever actually get them. Extremely disappointed in spending my money here and thinking you guys would get better over the years and yet you still can’t get my order correct.

The subs are good. Love going their. But the last 2 times we went they don’t fill up the fries in the cup very disappointing since we pay over $8 for 2 fries.
