Very friendly service. First time here. Little pricey for street tacos. Al pastor was amazing. You can tell it’s well marinated. Birria tacos were very flavorful and the sauce was great. Burrito is nice and big. Chicken was a little dry and the steak a little more fatty than I like. But everything else was great. Even the sauce was good but not too overwhelming with heat. Tuesday taco box is offered. 20 tacos for $25!

I wanted to like this place. The laundry lady goes every day so I assume it was going to be amazing.
I order Birra (if I spell that right) and horchata. I’ve had horchata before and this was super disappointing. It taste it like water with sugar and on the bottom of the drink it had like 2″ of brown sugar or idk what that was but that tasted like sand & rocks.
Birra was okay, maybe it’s not my type of tacos.
my stomach felt Ill all afternoon and had diarrhea…. I didn’t expect that as I’ve eaten at different food trucks and they never had that effect on me. So either these girls had bad horchata or meat or they didn’t wash their hands.
Hate to leave this ugly comment but I hope they are careful as this can be dangerous for pregnant women.
Either way maybe I was just unlucky & wasted $17 on bad tacos experience.
This really bummed me, I do like to support small businesses maybe in the future I’ll try again.

Tucked between an oil change business and a laundromat is a little red food truck. Neldas Taco serves one heck of a taco, I would venture to say it’s perhaps one of the best street tacos I’ve had. Tons of meat and great flavor with a wonderful green sauce. If you’re in the need of a perfect street taco , this is the place to go.

My buddy and I have eaten these taco at least 2-3 times a week for months. I can attest, they are always delicious and the flavor is never lacking. Everything is fresh and made to order. One of the best street tacos I have ever eaten.

Yea, not that great. I got an order of quesabirria tacos and they were just ok, The consomé was greasy, for what I’m used to. Green salsa was good. I called my order in, for pick up. Took me 5 minutes to get there, sat at the picnic table in front of food truck, waiting for my order, got eaten alive by ants, and still waited about 20 minutes for my order, although there wasn’t anyone else’s there.

Just had their burritos and quesadillas, its absolutely delicious. The best i have had in a long time! Definitely recommend coming here, we will definitely be going here again and probably everytime we go through temple. Fantastic food!

Update:
Increased prices and decreased food quality left us disappointed last time. The meat tasted like microwave leftovers on the quesabirria plates we ordered. Not only was the meat unfresh they were very skimpy on cheese. Tortillas were burned on both sides as if somebody rushed to heat it up on an overheated grill. 2 stars because the consommé broth was very flavourful. However it only had one very small but delicious chunk of meat floating in it. It’s not worth the increased price especially considering it doesn’t even come with a drink. Also the entire menu is not posted and it’s a little annoying to not only have items missing from the menu but to not have prices posted. Mediocre service and lack of parking along with overpriced food with no drinks, there’s definitely other options. Very sad because the 1st experience was amazing. Might be a while before we return but hopefully they will improve.

Our new favorite place in Temple. Blows everything else away with culinary dynamite. I had never experienced such flavor intensity in Temple let alone a food truck. This unassuming place with limited parking left us amazed and eager to return. It was on the pricey side but worth every last penny. Will definitely be back.
