The pizza crust is thin and delicious. It’s topped with delicious tomato sauce. That’s where the positives end. The amount of toppings is very limited. The flavor of the toppings is barely noticeable. I consider charging a tip before service to be a scam. The service is very friendly and helpful. I visited this place based on the reviews, but I was very disappointed.
If you want to eat good pizza and not just the pizza base, I don’t recommend it.

Really enjoyed this. The garlic bread sticks are an absolute highlight, so chewy and fresh. Plus the tasty garlic butter! The pizzas are good too, loads of variety and you can just add as many extra toppings as you want (for a cost obviously!). Really friendly service, a little bit of a wait but not too bad. Nice dining space too.

Family Happy
We went to this restaurant because our kids met the owners in the park while asking to pet their dogs. The quality of the pizza and the ingredients is unbelievable. My nephew said this was better than the pizza he just had in Italy a few months ago. The staff were great. We love the location. The atmosphere is very inviting. We will definitely go back when visiting Portsmouth again.

So happy to see that the new Florios d’Italia location holds the same brilliant quality of authentic Italian food and friendly, family orientated atmosphere as the old location. It has always been top of my list for recommendations to family and friends or anyone new to the area and with the new addition of focaccia sandwiches and toasties, as well as coffees from their new coffee machine, there’s more for everyone at all times of the day. The staff have always been so lovely and welcoming, and despite the big move, they were more than happy to answer any questions regarding the new menu and deli products, as well as any other queries my company or myself had. On my recent visit, I decided on the Tonno focaccia toastie and my partner chose the Zio focaccia sandwich and both were absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back to try the others on the menu!

Been here a fair few times and always had outstanding service from the lovely staff they employ , very attentive with great customer service skills. Food was immaculate and definitely worth the wait. Absolutely sensational, our new ‘best pizza’ benchmark! Why did we wait so long. It’s a restaurant/ cafe/ deli with lots of shabby chic furniture. We also finished with a big Christmas hamper shopping session.
