Really enjoyed our dining experience here in the Creekside location. Great atmosphere, clean and versatile decor. Prices are competitive . Discount coupons given for beef bowls for return visit.
Rather large menu as well as offering an Asian Hot pot selection. The pho (peanut sate and house special) servings were generous. Plenty of meat in both and served piping hot. Both tasted good. Lots of parking and very polite serving staff.
Plan on going there again soon.

when we first came we were seated at a 2 person table when we were a 4 and came to get our order very late when there was hardly any people. then when they came with our food they carelessly gave our food making it spill everywhere and us having to wipe it down ourselves. then as i went to eat my food there was a strand of hair in my noodles and nobody cared to say sorry nor apologize. giving me a new bowl of soup in a very short time and leaving me no time to take a pic. the cups were also uncleaned and had leftover lipstick stain in them and this place was overall unsanitary. the food was bland would not come back. the overall vibe here was very dull and had no music playing and was an awkward setup.

The servers are very friendly and attentive. They remember what my order is even thought my order is not easy to remember. If I go outside and they would even inform me when the dishes arrive so that the dishes still hot and nice.
The portion is generous and great promotion all the time and I like their salad rolls. It’s stuffed, and firm and tasty.
This place has become my regular canteen when I become too busy.

Simple restaurant, soup was wonderful, excellent broth, generous ingredients and REASONABLY PRICED! I’m not paying more than $15 for a bowl of Pho / ramen full stop. This place was a breath of fresh air, whenever I am in NW I will definitely stop in and buy something tasty to support them.

You get what you pay for I suppose? Prices are reasonable but food is very poor quality.
Meat was overcooked and mostly fat as seen in the pictures. Spring rolls were also over fried and literally falling apart. Subs seem ‘ok’. Overall not impressed. I wouldn’t believe the 5 stars. You can find better food elsewhere.

One of the best Vietnamese places I’ve ever been. The restaurant is clean and has a grate atmosphere. It felt like we where in Vietnam. The service was very nice. It was a busy day and waitress was quite busy. The food was done with care and quality. They seam to make very good broths. I’ll go back any time.

It’s filthy! It feels like it’s cleaned every six months at best. Several layers of dried up food after past visitors.
Food – not very good. Seafood soup – old broth, rubber squid, which is unrealistic to chew, 4 shrimps, and noodles.
There were 3 tables in the hall, and everyone sat in different corners. A couple of waiters started “mopping the floors” with a dirty rag and water from a puddle.( Buy a new mop, it’s not expensive) . This was urgently needed to be done at the time and place where the customers are sitting!? You could have started “cleaning” where there are no customers.
The waiters are not neat. Spilled soup and sauce, didn’t apologize, and didn’t wipe the table.
Plus, the waiters were dressed in home clothes… as if got up from the couch, came to work to sing songs in the kitchen and went home to continue to lie on the couch.
There was a disco in the kitchen. Everyone was dancing, singing, and talking loudly.
Not recommended. I didn’t eat enough and left because the atmosphere was terrible and I couldn’t chew the squid from my soup.
Oh, and it’s pretty expensive for a place like this.

Literally the worst service ever!! Lady didn’t ask of I wanted a drink or even come back to the table! I had to get up and ask for water and chili sauce. She gave me a tsp. We order from here all the time. NEVER AGAIN! Horrible. Creekside around 3:30pm.
