Update 8/4/24: I tried the Giant Baker with Meat today. It was big, good, but not great. It could have had a larger serving of meat and I would have preferred the butter and sour cream on the side. At $11.50, not sure this isn’t over priced for a dressed Spud!
Great deals using the app and via text/email. The pulled pork sandwich with the Carolina BBQ sauce is definitely our go to sandwich. I also enjoyed the Westerner Sandwich on a hoagie bun with two meat choices. I picked sliced brisket and pulled pork.
Really good meats for a chain restaurant.

We used Dickey’s buffet style catering for our wedding. We were able to do a tasting and choose 2 meats (we chose beef brisket and chicken). They even provided a pan of smoked jackfruit for our vegetarians. The two employees managing the buffet were wonderful. Everything stayed warm and tasted fresh – even with transport to our venue about 30 minutes away from the store. We had multiple compliments on it from our guests. We were very happy with everything – including the cost.

I got the giant loaded potato with brisket. I had Dickies in Dallas once before and was so excited to see this place next to my hotel. I walked over ordered and ate in the restaurant…it was just as delicious as I remembered!! Ordering is easy just look at the board and pick your item, then customize as you like. I added extra brisket to my potato and I’m so glad I did. Did I mention it’s delicious?! The two gentlemen working behind the counter were friendly and the dining area was clean. While I was there a young lady w/2 small children came in. The cashier went above and beyond by helping her carry the meals to the table. I highly recommend this place. It’s hard to get really good food that will fill you up for a decent price but at $10-$20 for just about everything on the menu you get your money’s worth here!

The food is basic. The boneless chicken wings taste like frizzier chicken. The turkey and chicken breast taste like sandwich meat. Not impressed

Chain BBQ. Tried the following. Pulled pork, Brisket, and Ribs. Sides we tried were baked beans, okra, slaw, and corn bread.
Positives – The extra crispy okra was quite good. I would get it again. Also they have free vanilla soft serve cones, which you can also make into rootbeer floats.
I didn’t like that they automatically chopped up the brisket, I prefer it sliced. I didn’t think of asking them to just slice it.
Of the three sauces they had the spicy one was the best.

Bunch of clowns.. dry brisket, smashed+burnt bun.. fries were soggy garbage.. membrane on the brisket was 1/3 of the entire sandwich. Whoever worked, cooked, or oversaw this food being made like this on Wednesday 12/22/21 (at night) should be loaded into a spaceship and fired into the sun — You couldn’t pay me to order food from this place ever again. I would literally decline free money, free food, and/or both. That’s how bad my food was.. especially for the price of it all. This Dickey’s location has lost my respect and quite possibly my business forever.

AI just ordered a $12 bbq meal but paid about $18.50 in the end for delivery a few blocks away. I was starving, working late and it is like 7:30pm at night so I’m tired. I get my Sandwiches on dry bread without bbq sauce. Didn’t even get it on the side. What is the point of a bbq meal that gives you the choice to pick bbq and then you get none. I am sure it is good but the brisket meat and dry bread are hard to eat. It is unfortunate I had to waste a review on this incident

The staff is super friendly, the Manager is high energy and very helpful, for Catering ask for Ryan he does a great job too! I love the chopped brisket and the smoked chicken wings are amazing!
