Hello, I usually eat here but today I had a bad experience. I ordered carryout and was ready to eat at home. I gave some of my food to my sibling and we both start eating. She notices a hair in her food which was black (she has red hair) so she immediately gets grossed out so now she’s just staring at the food. That’s when we notice a BUG in her food. We’re disgusted and quite disappointed since we’re both so hungry

I have never seen a location outside the mall, so I figured, why not try this physical location?
I tried the beef and chicken platter, and both were tasty. Compared to the mall locations, you get bigger portions here. The soda machine is available for customers so that you can get unlimited refills. For cheap eating, and comparing it to the mall, I recommend coming here. I’d go back.

Waited 30 mins for sushi and chicken teriyaki. Open the container and the first thing we see if raw chicken. Very disappointing. Please check your food before eating.

I had a really disappointing experience with one of the cashiers today. When I asked about the status of our order, she gave me a rude look and snapped, “It’s not ready yet!” I asked if she could at least tell me how much longer it would take, and she just repeated in the same rude tone, “It’s not ready.”
What bothered me even more is that I was standing there for a while and clearly saw that our sushi was already prepared and sitting there. Only after I mentioned our order again did she finally start packing it even though the food was ready the whole time.
To make it worse, we were the first ones there. No one else was waiting when we arrived, and the staff didn’t seem busy at all. But somehow, other customers who came after us were served first and already left while we were still waiting. Our delay was completely unnecessary and caused only by her lack of attention and poor attitude. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

Quick, tasty and a decent alternative to some fast food. It’s like a Japanese answer to Panda Express. It was near my hotel and there was seating outside which made it a plus in these times. I see a lot of negative reviews about the “older Japanese lady” and while I was there I saw her cheerfully greet what seemed like her regulars and remember their orders. I got a teriyaki bento box and was happy with my order.

The Asian lady makes amazing good sushi but when she’s not there, like today, the other lady does not. I ordered 2 teriyaki chicken rolls and one of my rolls had NO avocado in it what so ever. I’m pregnant and I wanted that avocado . Just teach your people to make the food better.

The food here was horrible. I ended up throwing it all away. The lady that owns this place has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I WILL NEVER RETURN. THIS PLACE WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
