My husband and I tried this restaurant (Wallingford, CT) for the very first time last night. The two young gentlemen working at the counter – Malik and Shakir – provided service above and beyond excellence. They were both extremely friendly, helpful, courteous, are efficient. This kind of customer service is not common enough, but should be the standard. I called the store to share praise for these workers to the manager, Brittany. She was equally friendly and expressed appreciation for the feedback. Kudos to this crew!!

I dealt with nick. Despite it being close to closing and a rush of customers coming in, he went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed to eat inside, and was fast and efficient with his service. Burrito he made was excellent too. It’s always really good here but there was something about this experience that was top tier. Food quality, efficiency/quick service, and the *genuine* positive attitude and I could tell he genuinely cared to make sure I had a good experience. Get this fella a pay raise or at the bare minimum pay closer attention and praise his efforts!

I hate to write a bad review but I have been coming to the Wallingford location for almost a decade now, it used to be AMAZING I would come in weekly, but the quality, cleanliness, and service has gone down drastically. I just walked out today without food on my lunch break because the meat on the grill was charred to a crisp, truly inedible, and the last few times I came in the meats were all blackened even the tofu. The service and food is only good when management is in. After 5pm or on days managers are out the food is completely burnt and the teen boys behind the counter are rude and not clean. A few weeks ago I ordered a burrito with extra rice and it came with no rice and everything was burnt. They had their friends behind the counter and were extremely rude to me. I always tip and am nothing but kind to the employees, my friends and I miss eating here but we have been burned too many times we don’t even come back and when I do its even worse than before. The Shelton location is 10000x better and I hope Wallingford does better.

My friend and I each had a burrito. They were both huge and delicious! The staff was extra friendly and helpful when I said it was my first time here. I would highly recommend this spot and will come back if I’m in the area.

I love this Pancheros! I come here at least once a month and the staff is always awesome. They work incredibly hard, stay efficient under pressure, and are super friendly. Even with tons of online orders and people ordering in person, they keep things moving and always get the orders right. Such a solid spot every time.

The black woman with the brown hair is an absolute disgrace working Tuesday, January 27th at 7:30. She is rude to customers and coworkers. I have seen her for thirty minutes trying to argue with her coworker in front of customers yelling and being nasty. Rude attitude when ordering as well. The boys kept their cool. But this worker has to have some consequences! This is not okay!

It was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised! Food was delicious and tasted fresh. Felt like a good alternative to Chipotle/Moe’s – similar menu/ordering setup. Would definitely come back!

Awful. The manager Zach was a raging lunatic. We arrived at 830 and they closed at 9. We got ready to sit and he started yelling and swearing at us using the F word that the dining room was closed. We tried to explain that we were coming from a funeral and had a 30 minute ride to Hartford, we needed to eat at the table and would finish before 9 no problem. He continued screaming and swearing at us. He said the lobby closed at 8 and that he wanted to go home. This was not posted anywhere. It was unreal and I am still shaking. I am a high school teacher and I was with my 16 year old son. This was completely unacceptable and unbelievable. We just wanted a good Panchero’s meal. Not much food was available either. I am so angry!
