A very good experience at a Taco Bell. I got a Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco and I would get it again. It was really great. I got a party pack of Tacos half regular half Doritos locos. My wife got a Gordita Crunch Wrap she said it was perfect as always. We got some Nachos Bell Grande which was very good as well. We did do extra cheese on the Nachos. The tacos were all packed with ingredients and were all fresh. We’ll be back to this location. The app helped everything go smooth. The drive through was fast and the employees were nice.

drive through service was great but i did not expect this horrible looking chicken. did they not look at it when they packed it ?? buying from this location is money down the drain cause you will not want to eat the food.

Twice in 3 orders the food has been wrong. Ordered hard beef tacos? Nope, got soft potato and bean tacos. Ordered beef burritos? Nope got black bean burritos They got the correct number of items at least. Worst than the wrong order is that they never answer the phone. Since I ordered through the app and not door dash I can’t even get anyone on the phone to complain to. $60 wasted at Taco Bell DONG!!!

Wednesday 10/15 8:55pm. Night shift was clearly busy, but they took care of customers and handled confrontational customers with professionalism. Manager on duty was doing great and should be recognized for keeping his cool and getting through. Thanks guys!!

So disappointed. I was very specific in making sure that my order contained no meat and this is what I find. my order on the screen was correct how it was taken but either, the people in the back can’t read the food on the screen or simply don’t care.

I get inflation is making everything pricier. And i dont mind paying an extra dollar for some items. it is what it is. But at least keep the quality the same. this location has gone from bad to worse.

Its over tb used to be the place to get good stuff cheap but this place is suffering from the same problem Mcd & Pop eyes suffer from: the workers act like you are asking for a personal kidney from thei mother… ive worked in food also im not ugly i just want my corporate copy paste food but when they cant even do that right the attitude they have when you ask them to correct it is insane. Like YOU messed up not me… .40 cents for jalapeños and they dont even add it. Its not even that accidents happen but the food prep is gross too, why would they let the customer view that??? Literally the individual was just coughing open mouthed while pulling sludge out a steamer and rolling it up. I was watching bcus i was waiting forever for my togo (my party already got their food…) order while the drive thru folks were laughing and tickling each other. And finally the price is just unacceptable now, but my 6 year old really wanted it but hey as parents we gotta just say no.

This location is usually good. They usually do good proportions of food where other places are inconsistent. Last time took 15 minutes for 8 simple soft tacos so I had to drop a star. Still always much better than the Bridgewater location which is the next closest.

Awful service, all I hear in the back is just telling everyone to shut up and screaming at each other. Everyone there is at-least 15-14. 30mins and still waiting for 2 hard shells and chips. Actually unbelievable. All I see is people walk in and out with no food. Just embarrassing. Food was passable I guess, men’s bathroom looks like it hasn’t been touched in 5 years……by staff. I asked if I can get a refund on my money and they said “no sorry” and “we’re understaffed sorry” (keep in mode there was about 8-12 people in there) I saw the manager in there say somthing along the lines of “no too many customers” and just….left. Actually amazing this place isn’t closed. (EDIT: I was looking through the reviews and I saw one that was say how good of a cook “Daniel Han” is, and I doubt somebody working there would just say “yea man my names Daniel Han and I’m a very good cook” so from what I’m getting is that there OWN workers are 5 staring themselves……YOU CANT MAKE THIS UP)
