Against better judgment, I’ve ordered from this shop a number of times more than one and I could not be more disappointed. Missing parts of orders, partial refunds on items that weren’t part of the issue, and no inventory taken during the day to know what to offer replacements for late in the day.
If I were ordering from this To-go Panera, I would not leave until every item was accounted for because oftentimes even the right number of items may mean you have a substitute without your knowledge. I would never order delivery from this store if it’s an option to go elsewhere.

20241130 I didn’t know this is a To Go store. I ordered carry out on my app, and walked in to find there is no seating. There are several ordered self-serve stations, and right in front of the kitchen is where the food is placed for pick up. This place looks and feels clean.

However, coffee at this location tastes different than the coffee at other locations.
I’m not sure if it was just this one day or what.
I first came to this branch to get my usual Panera Bread hazelnut coffee after a meal.
I was very excited to find this location closer to my home, but after tasting the coffee today, I’m not sure if I will continue to come here in the future.
It didn’t taste at all like the hazelnut coffee I’ve had at the three other locations around here.
If you ever visit this location, be sure to check the coffee flavor before you leave.

It is takeout only Panera bread with no seating. Just pickup and go. They probably need to add some benches as people wait for the order to get ready. Orders seem to be only through app or self serve.
No drive through, Just take out. They typically have curbside pickup. It is right next to five guys, party city and target. Close to Costco complex, that brings a lot of people to this area.
Happened to stop during grand opening. Glad to have this location open in this area.

I ordered cream of chicken & wild rice soup to take home; but gotten chicken noddle soup. I cannot return or exchange cause I’m already at home. When I started eating it, the soup is too salty. I hope next time… for the staff to double check the food before they put them in the paper bag.

I was upset to find that my salad container was half empty. I was shaking and didn’t know what to do. I stopped home to grab my AK, just in case, then headed back to Panera to complain. The man apologized then made me a new salad and gave me a free cookie . Suddenly my urge to kill was gone and I dropped to my knees and cried. They made everything right and for that they deserve 5 golden stars. ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

I would like to express how great my experience was this morning. There were 3 people working on food when I arrived to enter my order in. There was a girl at the front near the pick up area doing the prep. I had a couple of questions and requests for my iced coffee with vanilla. She was so kind, courteous, respectful and sweet. Her customer service was amazing! I’m so impressed and grateful.
There are a lot of people who are very rude these days in many areas of life, especially in customer service and in stores I go to, but she was not.
She was so kind and helpful. Please can you give her recognition for her outstanding work and customer service? She deserves a raise for her demeanor, professionalism and multitasking abilities.

This is the Panera Bread location I always visit. The staff are always very polite. There is one particular male employee with curly hair who always ties his
