Ordered around 11:40 and they close at 1am. We got 21 wings Lemon pepper and buffalo wings, the buffalo wings were SUPER dry. It seems like they really wanted to close up and go home, which is fine, but atleast throw the sauce on some wings. I filed a formal complaint with wingstop and hope that this doesn’t happen to someone else. Maybe next time I should just go to the Sheldon location or maybe just anywhere else.

My favorite wing spot in the area is WingStop on Wallisville Rd. The employees are always great and happy to serve. I get my mango habanero wings usually 1-2 times a week. Stella is a great employee and is always on it with a great attitude! Thanks for making my lunch the best ever. -Max

I had a really frustrating experience at Wingstop. I placed my order online, and when I went to pick it up, they handed my food to someone else. The lady that first assisted me proceeded to grab a different young lady; I am assuming she was like a team leader. Team leader said that a gentlemen picked up my order already. That he gave them my exact name. I let them know there was no way; I placed the order under my name so, I went to pick it up. Then the team leader said she would remake my order. She then told the young lady, I first talked to, “please get email confirmation before you hand people food.” I was there for a good 20 minutes waiting for them to remake my food and the same girl kept handing out orders without asking for the email confirmation. I then get home and find out the ranch was just thrown in and spilled everywhere. On top of that my wings had no seasoning.! I attached photos of my order and my wings.!! Never coming back to this place.

I ordered online cause it was raining bad and paid their fees over fees and even tipped for the horrible experience, delivery person marked as handed to me the food and it wasn’t, the seal on the bag was trespassed, vegetables were missing and more than half of the fries eaten!!! Food was touched by someone else!!! Called the restaurant and after a long hold for everything, they asked me to send pictures, then to bring the food to them to get a replacement, then they said as it was a big order (around $70 for a single “pack”) they couldn’t refund but half of the amount as I did received the food, I told the lady (manager) I couldn’t believe it and she told me to stop being rude and giving her an attitude, I told her I wasn’t giving her no attitude and not being rude, I said I could be rude and it would be totally understandable but it wasn’t the case, she kept saying I chose the wrong person to be rude to and that that was all they could do, that she spoke to her superiors and that was all they could do for me. I hanged up and she sent me a text message saying I would be getting my full refund between 7 to 10 days. Will now be waiting to see if they do it or not. Food went straight to the trash. I did ordered through their website to avoid dealing with delivery apps problems and fees and anyways it ended being such a horrible experience and a nightmare! Now I see all they have is bad reviews. Horrible, horrible experience!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, you will regret it.

They made me decide that I’ll never eat Wingstop again. Wings half rub, greasy, hard and bruised. Fries not fresh. The two girls in the front were great, the vanilla root bear and blue cheese were good. Other than that thumbs down and good riddance!
