Chipotle is a brand that got big by providing giant burritos at a reasonable price. That is gone. They are trying to steer the brand towards being high protein, advertising a double chicken high protein bowl. That’s great, when the employee actually follows through. I ordered this today when my wife asked me to give Chipotle another chance today. The first scoop was barely what I would consider one scoop, and the second was half of that. That doesn’t stop them from charging you full price. Two bowls (one with double chicken), drinks, and chips & guac came up to over $45. Again, for a brand built on decently priced giant burritos, this is just embarrassing.

I went right before closing and ordered a large burrito and the service was amazing a few of the employees stayed behind to make sure I got my order and they made it to perfection. Zayden one of the employees made me the perfect burrito to exactly the portions I needed after a long day at work the perfect dinner he was an absolutely model employee what I want to see from employees every time I go to chipotle. I got home and ate my dinner it was amazing service and the food exceeded my expectations.

When we arrived, the first host we met mentioned not having steak, black beans, or queso. We enjoy those three specifically but decided to order anyway. We have food allergies in our family so when mentioned, the first host washed his hands but did not use new utensils as the restaurant here does. The kiddos enjoyed their meal and the staff was very helpful and polite. I think we hit during one of their busier times but they were still faster than our store here!

Ordered through the Chipotle App. Delivery was terrible. Burrito was falling apart and not completely wrapped. Kids fruit “cup” was a single mandarin, not even peeled. And the $3.25 side of chips had exactly 8 chips in it. Customer service was not existent and the AI chatbot was less than worthless, a complete waste of time.

My order was simple. I didn’t ask for much. I only got three things on a burrito and worker essentially balled my burrito up Instead of folding it like how they usually would do it., I also got a bowl and I asked for a Small dollop of sour cream and he put a whole big glob spoonful!! . I told him directly that he put too much on it…. All he did was chuckle and say “oh I’m sorry”. He did not even Offer to fix it or try to take any off.

Went on Saturday and the entire time in the restaurant I overheard complaining from employees about all the customers that were coming in. My husband and I both got carne asada bowls and two medium size beverages. The steak was very tough and the other ingredients were subpar at best. When I went to go get unsweetened tea there was none. I don’t drink carbonated soda and I don’t drink anything with sugar and all the juices are packed with sugar. When I asked the employee I was advised they didn’t have any. It would have been nice to know that beforehand since I spent over $3 for a cup of water just because employees couldn’t make tea. My husband ordered guacamole on his bowl and got a very small amount for the price paid. Also, the tables were dirty as well as the chairs and I had to wipe them down before we could even sit down to eat. Over the past few years this restaurant has just seemed to go downhill.

No more Chipotle for me. What used to be an order that was reliable, fresh, and an upgrade from fast food is now a complete failure. The last 3 orders were horrible. The meat was tough to the point of inedible. Lettuce in the burrito bowl was wilted and browning. The guac portion was about the size of a tablespoon.
Any restaurant can have an off day, so I believe in second chances. But not 4th, or 5th chances. Adios Chipotle.

The food was great. The service was a little bit too fast. I feel that we were being rushed, but my biggest concern is the fact that a worker there swept the floor with the broom, and then swept out the chair that people sit in! In my own opinion, you don’t know what else he swept with that broom! In my eyesight it was disgusting and nasty and unclean, and I really don’t want to eat there anymore because of what I saw. When my family and I went in there, the store wasn’t clean anyway, we had to clean the tables and chairs off to sit down.
You also need to have live customer service agents that can take calls at any time because it’s poor for business when you have a bad experience and you can’t get in touch with no one to talk about it. I looked up the reviews for your restaurant and you had three stars, I wonder why!
Oh yeah, The web address on your website is wrong when I tried to email the company. It said that it was an invalid email address so there you have it!
