Loved it. It was the first time I’d ever been there but it was nice. The service was great. The man behind the counter greeted us as soon as he noticed us. We made a mistake and forgot to tell him we wanted fried rice instead of white, he had already served it so we said we’d take it as it was. He kindly went up to us after and gave us a small box of fried rice on the house. Then another worker came in and greeted us as she did. Aside from great customer service the food was great. Definitely going back.

Horrible Customer Service!! I made a large order for delivery. Food was delivered in about 30 minutes, which is a reasonable time. Now when I order food, I would hope that everything I ordered was there. There were 2 items missing, and I specifically asked for two other items with sauce on the side. I called back this establishment, the lady would not let me speak, I told her two of the items were wrong and two items were missing and she was trying to talk me in circles. She would not let me speak, just told me well we would have to make another order. Now about 45 mins later after I called to state my order was wrong and items were missing.. still no food. I called back and her response is “Oh your food just left, i send free soda, we’re busy people”
Now I don’t mind waiting, but on top of getting my order wrong and forgetting items, i wait another 45 minutes and you tell me “you’re busy people”.. Rude and unprofessional.
PS: I’m still waiting

This place has the worst attitude ever! I called at 11:30 and asked if something could be delivered 10 min away by 12 (my husband’s lunch break) and I was told yes. I called at 12:05 and was told he was 5 min away. It is now 12:40 and I still my husband has no food and his lunch break is over. I called and asked why they said yes and they say they will cancel my order. They are rude an obnoxious. I guess they are that hard up for $12 worth of food. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!

When my coworkers and I recieved our food, most of the orders were wrong, and there were items missing! I asked for brown rice, but there was a mixture of white and brown rice in my container! I never seen Chinese food service like this one. They don’t even deserve one star!
