Order burrito supreme with add on (guacamole, pico de gallo, onions) it had no beans, no cheese and big lump of ground beef at one end that looked like a half of Italian meat ball! . Being there before and enjoyed, I guess present hires are just there! Person taking orders had one ear on taking drive through orders and other ear on I phone! .

Never been inside to dine. Food was good,service was good….the dining room and from where I could see in the kitchen was disgusting It’s obvious they haven’t cleaned in a l o n g time. The music was so loud that it was hard talking over it. Do better taco bell.

Ordered on the app so I could order my food the way I wanted it made, they screwed up my order go figure, then I walked in to have them fix there Mistakes and the Manager looked at me and said “I didn’t make them” with a bad attitude she was rude. She was ordering everybody around in the kitchen, and then she didn’t even have the decency to hand me my order. She made the girl at the drive-through window bring me my order at the counter, cause she didn’t wanna deal with me, which I thought was extremely extremely rude.

I went through the drive in and ordered #1. Basically 3 regular crispy tacos, rice and beans, unsweetened tea.
She asked me what regular meant and did I want a taco supreme?
I said no, just crispy tacos.
She asked if I wanted a bean burrito? No the 3 crispy tacos with rice and beans.
Unsweetened tea.
She didn’t understand so a man came to the microphone where he clarified that I wanted #1 but not the taco supreme.
We went through four tries all together.
She was never able to repeat the order back to me.
Got home and found two bean tacos????????
No rice and beans???????
Sweet tea???????
How can it be this wrong?
Michael wanted to give her a $20.00 and exact change. I said don’t do it. Let the cash register think for her. We all speak English as our first language.

One of the workers that prepped my food called me a racist name under their breath for only ordering 20 dollars worth of food. Their bathrooms were trashed and water all over the floor. It took 30 minutes for my food to get done.

It’s not that there was anything wrong with the food it’s just the fact that once you have real Mexican cooked food it’s hard to look at Taco Bell the same other than that the service was quick and the crew was respectful

I love Taco Bell and this location is ALWAYS good! Staff is always super nice when taking our order, the food always comes out tasty, and it’s just an overall great location! I do go often too since I work nearby. Our interaction with Shaketia, in particular, was great! She was super sweet! 10/10 will keep going!
