I absolutely love this place! Their bagels are always fresh and delicious. The staff is so friendly, and the lady who took my order over the phone was incredibly sweet and professional — she even confirmed my order before hanging up, which I really appreciated. The only downside is that there’s usually a long line, but it’s definitely worth the wait

It was my first time trying this place, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best bagel shops.The bagels are great and the customer service was outstanding. The young lady with black hair at the counter was extremely friendly and welcoming, with a very nice smile. She even offered me a complimentary French toast bagel to try, which was such a kind gesture. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

The cashier completely screwed up my order. I ordered 2 sandwiches and an order of home fries on the side. The cashier (who speaks little English) somehow interpreted my order as I wanted home fries on my sandwich?!?! Huh? And to make matters worse she argued with me saying that’s what I ordered! Zero stars customer service. Then they made the home fries and still charged me for the side AFTER they charged me for a sandwich I didn’t ask for. To say I’m pissed would be an understatement. I used to love going to this place. Not sure if they changed management or got new owners but this put a sour taste in my mouth and they just lost a customer.

I was given the incorrect omelette (cheese instead of greek)- bagel was remade- it was oily wet and uncooked. I did not ask for a remake of the remake avoid the same problem. I included my friends omelet you can see that the spinach was cooked. My spinach was raw and brought out to me in less than 5 minutes. You can see the huge difference in the photos. This place has a great reputation how ever. Request to remake it the way it should be. FYI- I was not in a hurry – I am actually still here waiting for my friend to finish. No need to ask which one belongs to me. It’s just obvious. I threw it away-it’s not worth the calories.

The bagels and food are great, but do not order online. We ordered and didn’t get our food for almost an hour because the bagels we chose weren’t ready. Call or go in. The staff is lovely and helpful.

The quality of this place has gone down a lot in the last year. They are always busy and I think the current staff isn’t capable of keeping up with it. They need to hire more people to provide the same level of quality they used to have. My partner placed an online order and the staff mixed it up with another order with the same name that was canceled so they didn’t prepare the order. When they finally made it, they used rolls instead of bagels so my partner had to wait even longer. One of the bagels was cut with such neglect (1st pic) and the 2nd bagel had 1.5 pieces of bacon. The first time we had Babba’s it was so good that’s why we kept coming back but the last 2 times we ordered from here have been a disaster. Maybe they are not equipped to handle online orders on top of in-store orders.

The place is very modern. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The breakfast sandwich is so delicious at very reasonable. It has a good variety of cream cheese. The bagels are HUGE and SOFT!! I’m so upset that I don’t live in this town anymore. I visit this town on holiday seasons. But it’s never too late! I strongly recommend you to check this place OUT. You won’t regret it.

They are very welcoming when attending you. Quick and delicious food. You can watch them prepare your food – i was out in less than 6 mins with my fresh food. The prices are very good as well and worth it.
