This food was prepared wonderfully and everything tasted amazing but ordering to go was not the move. We got shorted on the Ube French toast, their website states clearly you get 5 pieces and we only got 3… Big bummer since you pay $20 for this dish. Then when they handed me my order in the store the poached eggs were in a deli cup w/out a lid. It just had a small piece of saran wrap on it. (See pictured behind the receipt). The eggs ended up falling over when the waitress handed them to me and they spilled all over. I felt horrible that it happened and it was definitely not the waitresses fault but it could’ve been saved had a proper lid been on it.
Lastly we had asked for pineapple and got papaya instead.
The restaurant was very busy and their wifi had just gone down so i understand mistakes can be made. We will most likely try again in the future but for spending $60 on breakfast id expect my whole order to be there.
Also I called to try to correct this but their phone doesn’t connect to anyone just an automated message then they hang up.

Food was amazing! Loved every bite from my steak loco moco. It gets pretty busy but that’s expected for a restaurant that serves really good breakfast. Would definitely eat here again and again.

We enjoyed this breakfast spot.. Was a little pricey the portions were big. Food was definitely quality, hashbrowns weren’t greasy at all!. Food came out very fast despite it being so busy. The kids meal was a nice size too ( forgot to take a picture).

Kountry Kitchen has been on Kaua’i for years, and last time we ate there, they told us the Ewa Beach location was affiliated.
We tried it out and were thrilled that it’s basically the same. 🙂
We didn’t wait too long for our table and enjoyed a relaxing breakfast.
The decor is awesome… if you know anything about the history of chickens on Kaua’i, you’ll love it!
Their coffee was good, staff was great and food was tasty. Unfortunately they did not have a couple of the menu items that day, so my husband was disappointed.
Next time you’re in Ewa Beach, stop by and try them out!

From the hosts, to the servers, this restaurant is and has always been a favorite of mine. I noticed today that they were training some new workers and they were doing just fine. You have to be a little patient on busy days, as many people love going here. I appreciate the recommendations from our server, and she was very kind when I changed my mind on French toast and got a waffle instead. I love the flavors that come with each menu item, it leaves me coming back for more. I had NO issues, and I mean NO issues whatsoever when I made substitutions on my food request. If you’re vegetarian, you will have NO issues here either. I highly recommend if you want that aloha atmosphere. Mahalo for another amazing experience!

Display serves the best hashbrowns I have ever had. They have excellent coffee, which is a blend of Kauai coffee. The food is made to order they have both local items and a vast selection of breakfast favorites. Meals are hearty and a good portions. They also offered daily specials. The atmosphere in this restaurant is great and the interior is decorated with roosters and hen art. This restaurant offers booths, as well as table seating.

The decor was super fun!
Service was great!
Loco Moco had no mushrooms or onions but some people like it that way. The beef was a bit tough, but even still, overall, it was very good and we would get it again!
The corn bread was the best.
Omelet prices were a bit high and good but not great.
Coffee is $4.25 but there are free refills and that’s great.
We will definitely go back on our next trip

We were fans of the Kauai location, so we had to try the spot in Ewa Beach. Decor is fun and homey. Portions are big and prices are decent. We loved the gravy for the loco moco, good consistency and flavor, one of the better ones we’ve had. Simple dish, but delicious and you could always add other items to make it special.
The cornbread is amazing! Not dry and a good balance of sweet and salty. The scrambled eggs were the consistency I like, not too hard and a little fluffy, with some slight runny sections here and there.
Service was quick, friendly and attentive.
