Ordered a icecream cake two days in advance; it wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up, not only did I have to wait for the message to be written on the cake but it had a terrible taste! Im pretty sure it was an old cake, it had a “been in the freezer too long” type of taste, a totaI waste of money; honestly I was better off going to Walmart! This was trash

I have been to this location several times in each time there is always an issue. The guy at the register is very rude. He always overcharge my order . I believe he is trying to avoid me as a customer. I’m very respectful and polite. He add extra on my receipt every purchase without my permission and pretends like he can’t comprehend my order when I’m placing my order. When I receive my order it’s never extra. When I place a order, he purposely complicates my order . If I order a small, he will say he can only do a Medium. He never satisfy the customer. He needs more training in professionalism and customer service. Why would I need extra anything in a Medium cup it should be enough.

Took a group there for lunch. The service was swift and they were friendly. The place was clean but not well stocked with napkins. The atmosphere was spacious enough for wheelchairs. I had the honey bbq tenders, and dare I say, they were too saucy. Everything else was good. No ice cream this time

I ordered a double cheese plain. They asked what drink. I said no drink please just a double only cheese, just the sandwich. They asked anything else. I said yea can I get a small cheese curd. (Last minute add)
The burger came with everything. I didnt open it till I was 5-10 mi s down the road toward Indiana. I had to chuck it.
The curds were gross. They were hot and fresh but It tasted like the oil needed changed 2 months ago.

We went to get my husbands favorite, a mint oreo blizzard. We told the person at the speaker to please make sure enough mint in it. When we got it at the window it was clear that there wasnt and we gave it back to him and asked that he fix it. With an attitude he put the mint in but left it ON TOP. We go to the location near our home in Crete and have never been disrespected there like we have been tonight. I recommend that everyone should go to the Crete location if you want a true representation of what Dairy queen should taste like.

Went in to order a birthday cake 24hours before my event. The cashier told us that if we paid for our order at the time they would take our order serious and make it pretty but when we got the cake it looked like a 5 year old wrote design. First time we were disappointed in an ice cream cake.

2 Flamethrowers, extra sauce on the side as well as the lettuce and tomatoe (it was a doordash so ofcourse with an hr wait right)!! 3 blizzard’s 1 large and 2 medium. And now the pics….wow! ***EDIT***

Today is a scorcher. We stopped by this place for a melt down. Old school treat – Dipped Cones were our first thought and they did not disappoint. We ordered the Cherry Dipped Vanilla Ice Cream Cones. Service was quick – only car ahead. They have ample parking for dine-in choice. So many other menu options aside from cool treats. Friendly staff. Clean establishment. Price….I paid $10.50 for 2 medium sized Dipped ice cream cones so you can judge:)
