We were passing by the area and stopped here and Ta Shawn (receipt smudged so I think that is the spelling) and his front team were amazing. By FAR the best BK experience my husband and I have ever had. Food was great and he got our order quickly and correct even though it was unnecessarily complicated (3 picky kids on a road trip). Keep up the great work!

Slowest “fast” food ever. Waited over 45 minutes for a Whopper meal (dine-in) and had to leave. Didn’t even bother getting a refund. Drive-thru was definitey prioritized over the dining room.

Went here during a road trip. Went in about half hour before they closed the dining room. The place clean and the staff were super friendly to my wife, my 1 yo and me. They found out my daughter had just turn one and gave a few things to like a crown. I was hoping they wouldn’t be upset with us coming in so late, but it was the opposite. They were happy to help us.

Turn right round and head to Culver’s across the street or the Dairy Queen up the road.Be careful ordering here. 9.5 times out of 10 they will get it wrong. Not only will they get it wrong but it’ll be really really cold. Trying to get into the drive-through? Have fun waiting an hour to order. Imagine how long it takes to get food. And then if you order online shoot, you Better hope you get your order! Of all the BK’s there are, This one is one of the worst.

This was the first and only restaurant that was open during a major snow storm after celebrating our nieces Graduation at WMU. We were heading West toward Chicago and The morning staff was amazing, dedicated, professional, and our heroes as they were able to fill our hungry tummys ! They were able to grill burgers in the morning and found out BK can grill burgers in the morning!! Id choose this over competitors anytime!

I came into Burger King in Stevensville early in the morning after 7:00 a.m. I brought my laptop in and my notebook so I can do some school work for my online college courses ordered my iced coffee and proceeded to sit down and connect to wi-fi. After realizing that I was having issues finding any open Wi-Fi networks I brought it to the attention of the supervising team member behind the counter. Promptly two additional managers came from the home at the same time brought a crew member that specializes in information technology who immediately fixed the wi-fi problem

My Life- DIY
Ordered 2 whoppers with everything on them, 1 large fry, and 1 kids meal ketchup and cheese only. Got everything right except I stopped to make sure and nope, forgot the fries. No ketchup for them, not even asked. I’d say go to Culver’s instead across the street and down not even half a block.

The female in the kitchen was rude, abrasive and abusive to Joseph on the counter. He simply asked if a sandwich was made (as it had been 10 minutes for one of the 3 sandwiches in our order) when she went off on what appeared to be a drug induced rant. She began with “don’t ask me about no damn food. You do the counter. If you want food, come back here and drop hashbrowns, do bacon or sausage, you’re going to piss me off asking me about food” followed by the inclusion of “you dont want to piss me off, I’ll leave”
Joseph asked a simple question in a polite manner, and was berated like this. I’m unsure if one is a supervisor and the other isn’t, that dynamic isn’t important, what is important is the relief and hope in Joseph’s eyes when I told him I would be contacting corporate.
There is no excuse for that type of behavior, and having managed fast food when I was 18 (a few years back…..), she would have been sent home and termination proceedings started in accordance with policy. I was embarrassed for BK.
