For me, it is three strikes and you are out! On my first visit, my bun on my burger was burned. The second time, they forgot part of my order in the drive through and forgot to check before I drove off. The last time I ordered a meal (and thankfully I caught it) but if you upgrade to a Large they charge you $3.49 for the fries, and an additional $3.49 for the drink! I bet the drink costs them about 25 cents! I wish my business has those profit margins! won’t be back unfortunately, which is sad because I have loved Habit at other locations.

I was in the mood for a good hamburger. Unfortunately I’ve developed a food sensitivity and have to follow a FODMAP diet. I can’t eat regular hamburger buns. Habit Burger offers a hamburger on sourdough bread. It was amazing!
The double patty really satisfied my craving for a hamburger. The fries are also well above average.

This is a great local hamburger place. I come here all the time for lunch and never have been disappointed. I always get there cheapest hamburger and am always surprised by the quality and taste. A hamburger that good should not be as cheap as it is. I love theirs peppers and sauce you get get yourself, and there fountain drinks are amazing. Food is always out fast and they even text you when your food is ready, which I love. So yeah great store overall.

So disappointing to hear about what goes on at this location. A male named Ty harasses the customers and the women he works with constantly!!! He harasses the customers that don’t tip and just makes uncomfortable comments to the women that come in general. Im trying to enjoy my food but it’s hard to do that when im seeing him touching the female workers there even after they tell him to stop and get away from him. He creates a hostile environment and makes it difficult to enjoy my food in the store or at all especially when he’s the one making the food. Get rid of him, I can only see him making things worse for your workers and customers.

We were in CA last week on vacation and ordered from Habit on the app while there. Today, while back in UT, I ordered on the app again, but accidentally forgot to change the location. Once the order is submitted, there is no way to change it. We didn’t realize the problem until we came in to pick up the order.
The manager was so kind and understanding. He gave us our order without charging us again, meaning this store didn’t get the money from our order. He didn’t have to do that, given it was totally my mistake. We were very grateful and will definitely use this location again just for this reason. This was a great customer service experience.

The Habit is always one of the best burgers and fast food experiences around. They do EVERYTHING very well. My family loves every variety of burger and sandwich we get here. The fries, onion rings, and shakes are always excellent too. I wanted to leave a review for this location because I hadn’t yet and although it is always great here we had an especially good experience with the manager working the front end today. 4-2-25

First time I had Habit Burger was a loooong time ago (different location). It wasn’t great. Slow and got a cold, barely cooked burger. Time to try again (plus there was a deal).
Ordered online. Got a hot burger. Presentation is not great, but it was pretty good. Asked for well done. I’d say it was not quite, but good enough. Messy. Definitely more a fan of full leaf lettuce rather than shredded.
The fried green beans, however … Love them! Kinda funny I know, but I liked them more than the burger. Hot and fresh tasting. The fries were also great.
I’m not dying to go back here, but we’ll probably get a green bean snack once in a while and if there’s a burger deal we’ll do that, too.
Pickup was good. Ready on time. Hot. Condiments included.

Not my favorite. The service was pretty slow, we had to clean off a table and people who ordered after us got their food and ours ended up coming out cold with no lettuce on my burger. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
