If you have the choice, go to the Wood River Bell. My family, sour cream haters. We go to TB because its 10 pm and we wanna go home. Order online, no sour cream on all items, we’ve learned from mistakes and made extra sure. Get order. Sour cream on half of them, and its not even like a dollop its copius amounts. I got sour cream on my hands touching my sealed fiesta potatoes. And there was barely any beef in my Beefy 5 Layer, Chalupa wasnt even light-skin, it was white and pathetically empty like most churches in the 618. However, the nachos fries were gas, seasoned very well. I enjoyed my nacho fries.
TLDR; Good for nacho fries, everything else was kinda messed up. 1 star for the bad, +1 for the nacho fries.

I’m completely unsatisfied. I got the $9 box the dorito taco was soggy and cold. The hard shell taco was soggy at the bottom as well even though I requested a soft shell taco. This Oder was definitely made already and since it was close to end of shift they just handed me what was left I’m assuming. There is now way hard shell tacos should be soggy after a 3 minute drive home. I asked for a large Baja blast w/ light ice and I got a large Baja blast full
Of ice. I called the location as soon as I got home at about 11:30pm and I called again at 11:50 pm and got no answer even tho they don’t close until 12:00AM. I should have know when my box wouldn’t even close . Stop being lazy towards the end of yall shift.

I usually don’t review fast food places but this location is absolutely the worst. Their fryer grease is ALWAYS dirty so their cinnamon twists and chips always taste burnt. They never give sauces even when specifically requested. And they manhandle the food so it’s broken when you get it.

At 1240 on 11/30/25 I came through the drive through. There was a truck pulling up from the order speaker, a car at the speaker, and I was behind the car. I watched them get the truck done at the window before taking the other car’s order. Then they got his order done before taking my order. As I was ready to order I was told they could not make any quesadillas or burritos. So I spent ten ten minute waiting to order just to not get my food because they were out of product and could post it at the speaker or announce it before they had me sit there.

I dont even know if corporate or anyone pays attention to these reviews but DO BETTER. You must accommodate to disabled citizens that enter your establishment. When I show up and open my car door to get out and go to the restaurant to get my order as an Uber Eats delivery driver and the door is locked. I’m not allowed to cancel the order so logically I pull around the drive through and unexpectedly I get yelled at about policy and how I must come inside and argued with that there are no locked doors and other customers were able to find the double doors and enter…and again as a disabled person it takes a lot to get in and out of my car twice, at the drive through I said No Thank You on coming inside and was promptly refused service and this big guy came to drive through door and started yelling at me saying very rude things. Not to mention danother clueless employee gave stink eye, crossed her arms and walked away… In the time that it took 2 people to come to the window to deal with my manners I could have had my order brought to me at the window and I could have left but instead MY customer did not get their order because two employees could not handle themselves. Both displaying very poor customer service. No matter what your policy is or isn’t, it doesnt take much time for proper signage to be put on a door that isnt used. I REPEAT NO SIGNANGE BOTHERED TO SAY PLEASE USE OTHER DOOR! Being rude and fiesty are not the qualities in customer service and as someone who is unfamiliar with this location I dont wanna come back, I know you dont care if I return or not, but talk goes a long way and this will be taken further.

You MUST use kiosks to order. One kiosk wouldn’t accept a card and caused a need for help from staff that weren’t available as customer service but only meal preparation and fulfillment. They knew that kiosk didn’t take a card but offered no warning. They didn’t take it out of service or put a note on it because they weren’t the manager. They were nice enough but totally inept in solving problems.

EVERY time I go there, if it’s any where close to 10 pm, they are closed. I’ve ordered thru the app and been charged, just to show up and have the automated thing say they are closed and then be ignored. I drive up to the window only to be ignored some more. it says on the window and online they close at midnight or 2am… in all reality they are closed by 10 because they are lazy and don’t want to work. worst location in alton. don’t go here unless you’re trying to get an early lunch or something. good luck
