I’m well and truly over being asked for a tip before any service has been provided, and the service provided being a corn dog handed over at the counter, no actual “service”. Tipping culture has simply become a corporate shakedown

I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger, and it was good. The fries were also good. Pricing is a little steep for the combo, and it doesn’t come with a drink. I guess that’s pretty standard for this area. I was disappointed in the Texas Donut. The taste was good, but it was pretty dry inside. It also needed more glaze on the outside. My boyfriend got the Cajun Corn Dog, and he seemed to like it. There is indoor seating available. I would eat here again.

We decided to get a quick lunch and Surf City Grill made it easy to order. The size of the corn dog was huge! And you can tell it’s made fresh. The order came with regular fries but had to try out the garlic fries, and they didn’t disappoint. The wait was not long and we were able to continue our day on the boardwalk. Great choice!

My family and I recently went to the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk and we ate lunch here. I had a corn dog and a few garlic fries! Both were delicious but if you don’t like a lot of garlic I would recommend not to order the garlic fries because they are loaded with garlic! Garlic lovers will find them perfect for a snack though!

Really fun time. Was pretty excited to try the artichokes. Sadly they were gross. Undercooked, garbage pieces. Would not recommend. Got a horrible stomach ache from them.
