SoulEdge: Who Dares to love forever. ❤️
Arrived for dinner met Jake at the entrance. Then I met Frank my server, both gave good service. Ordered the Smoke BBQ Baby Back Ribs and Choco Coladita for dessert. The presentation of both dishes were spot on. The taste of the Ribs good. But the upper portion had a excess of fat. I removed it & the ribs just needed four more minutes. Dessert was impressive, and nice cruchy pistachio taste in the middle. For presentation purposes try placing the dessert upright. All in all service was excellent. Frank told me breakfast is served from 6:30 am & the buffet option too. This is good to know, for early folks who hit the ground running. Service was better than last time, I was there years ago. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. Cue in “Hold My Hand” song by Lady Gaga and “Lose My Mind” song by Don Toliver (ft. Doja Cat )
Update Nov. 26, 2025. I rushed in early for breakfast. Met the hostess & Nordi my server. She gave me excellent service. I ordered a Eggs Benedict & grapefruit juice. The dish, the eggs were cooked perfectly, nice ham, its muffins just needed to be a bit more crispy. Good addition to include side potatoes. Some establishments only included the Eggs Benedict, talk about short changing the customer.

Loved the food and drinks. Even the virgin drinks are great! The tuna poke tacos were great and so was the citrus salad with salmon. Whatever this smokey drink was amazing too!

During a recent stay at the Marriott Biscayne Bay Hotel in Miami, my wife and I dined at the Gold Coast Kitchen. I ordered the Octopus, which came with potatoes, cherry tomatoes, onions, and what looked like a chimichurri drizzle. My wife opted for the Cheeseburger and fries. My dish was disappointing because the octopus tasted like it was precooked and reheated. I assumed that the potatoes would be hot, but when I inquired, I was told that they were supposed to be served cool. Having eaten freshly prepared octopus in Portugal, I know what perfectly cooked octopus is supposed to taste like. There is no comparison. Considering the overall cost of the meal and the location of the restaurant, I was hoping for a better experience. My wife enjoyed her meal.

I’m not giving 5 stars for the food but for the wait staff here.
Aurea and the staff are running this thing like a well oiled machine. She MADE SURE my glass was always full.
The seamless teamwork and dynamic is here really something you would want at every restaurant (and job). Everyone is working so hard and is being kept busy.
This is a very efficient and clean place.
Buffet is clean and they have little glass jam bottles. I hope they get paid pretty decent for their passion!

I stayed at the hotel and grabbed dinner tonight to use the 30 dollar “credit” you get with your 30 dollar a day resort fee. I sat outside by the marina. Nice seating area, weather was great. I ordered the picanha steak rare. The brussel sprouts were great but that’s about it. The steak was the worst cut of meat I have ever experienced in my life. It was so tough I almost threw it off my plate trying to cut it. Each piece I managed to get into my mouth required chewing like my life depended on it to not choke to death. I had no idea beef could be that tough. I told the waiter who said he would tell his manager but nobody ever came out. I ate less than half, spent 60 bucks after tip and then went to the lounge to eat the free buffet. Save your money and go eat somewhere else. One pic is of the steak and the others are what I ate from the lounge. The seafood risotto in the lounge was actually very good.

Day one i had lunch and drinks at the bar. Both great. Day 2 I had breakfast, not a fan of the avocado toast. Went back for lunch and the food was ok. Not a fan of the cuban sandwich. BUT Jerk wings and drinks great. GOOD job bartenders. I was pregaming for the Usher concert!

What a wonderful place for a Celebration! I usually do not like Restaurants in Hotels but this is the exception!
The Ribs “fall off the bone”, so yummy! The Customer Service is impeccable! Christina, Frank, and Jake team up to make your dining experience truly memorable. I highly recommend Gold Coast Kitchen!

Excellent experience! Just checked in from a long day of flights and wanted to grab a leisurely lunch. Food was much better than expected, hostess was extremely friendly, server was kind, and it was great to sit on the patio and enjoy the breeze.
Caesar was delicious, beet salmon was a smaller portion than expected but delicious flavors, and my husband’s burger was great. He ordered medium and he got it closer to medium well, which was perfect for him but glad he ordered less cooking than desired so it turned out as he wanted.
Overall great experience and would definitely return!

Surprisingly great place! I didn’t have high expectations coming here as restaurants in hotels tend to be overpriced for the quality you get, but the atmosphere/view was good, service was excellent and so was the food.
Got recommended the yellowtail snapper and the fish was absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked, the meat separated from the bone easily and cleanly. (The whole table got snapper, actually, and we all loved it)

The hotel experience was great but the restaurant was lackluster to say the least. We stopped in after hotel check in early afternoon. Wasn’t busy at all but service was terribly slow. We ordered fish tacos and Caesar salad, it was ok but nothing spectacular. It took so long just to get water that we elected to not order a cocktail. We actually had to go track staff down to get our tab. They didn’t seem very interested in providing decent service. It was clear there were other patrons waiting and not very pleased. Maybe they were all having a bad day but it was enough for us not to want to come back.
