This was my last straw with this place. I should’ve left a review before and stopped coming here when they told to put my own sprinkles in my blizzard but I kept giving this place a chance. If I ordered a banana split, HOW ABOUT YOU PUT THE BANANAS IN IT?!! They didn’t even care enough to just simply say they don’t have bananas but instead hide it under extra whipped cream and toppings which wasn’t even good. I don’t know if it’s because of my ethnicity but this was the 4th time they, I feel, purposely messed up my order. Will never come here again!!!!!!

Went there yesterday at 5:45pm. NO ONE in line but one person besides me. 5 people staffed. All 5 were hanging out. No one addressed me, after 10 mins standing there I addressed them.. they said go to the next window to order, in which a kid walked up and cut me. They never addressed me, never said they were sorry, they were fine with the kid coming up KNOWING I was there first and let him order. The workers were rude as can be. Unprofessional and dismissive. It’s a ice cream place, it’s not hard, if you don’t like your job, got somewhere else.

Good portion sizes here. They don’t skimp on the cone sizes. It’s usually busy just after meal time but the employees do a good job of serving people quickly.

Got my blizzard and asked why they didn’t flip it and they said because we dont flip it if it has a top so I asked them to take the top off since I didn’t ask for a top and what was inside was a melted mess. I ask why it was like soup and the lady said because of the humidity SMh but they weren’t going to say anything they just put the top on this ice cram soup and I guess they hoped I wouldn’t open it. Worse DQ experience ever, I got my money back and had to toss the ice cram soup in the trash.

Nice spot for ice cream. The people were very friendly. Only reason I gave 4 stars is it would be nice to have more benches outside to sit on. A lot of people were sitting in there cars. On a nice day, I’d personally like to enjoy the sun. Othere than that….Love those Blizzards

I’d ordered a cherry float and a hot fudge studae. My hit fudge was like water,twist was all over the icecream a mess. We know the owner personally. He would not be happy with that.
