It was Valentine’s Day and the restaurant was packed. Even though they were crazy busy, service was still very good. Attentive and warm servers. The food was great, we got the Grilled Octopus with roasted chickpeas for appetizer. For entrees, we got Steak Frites (fries fried in tallow – a big plus!) and the Scallops with local sweet corn and veggies. Lastly, for dessert we tried out their Dubai Chocolate S’mores with Pistachio Ice Cream. I’m giving 4 out 5 for the atmosphere bec if you seat close to the kitchen, the action behind the scenes can be pretty intense and loud.

This was a great taste of Florida. They have a large drink selection for alcoholic beverages. Their food selection is a lot more limited, but comes with very well done plates. The sushi and lamb rack was excellent and . .well priced too. We also had a great server who came by frequently. They seem to have early day hrs and late day hrs with break in between. We went at the start of the late day hours and it was quiet and not overly busy.

South Fork Kitchen – My Favorite Go-To in Stuart!
If you’re in Stuart and haven’t been to South Fork Kitchen yet—what are you waiting for?! This place is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is so inviting, fun, and downright adorable, and the staff? Incredible. Every time I go, I’m greeted with genuine smiles and warm service that makes you feel right at home.
Let’s talk about the food—wow. I had the tomato salad, and let me just say: flavor explosion! So fresh, so vibrant, it was honestly unforgettable. Then came the happy hour shrimp (half price!)—they were huge, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. My boyfriend had the BAMF Burger and couldn’t stop raving about it. The flavor was off the charts, the char was spot-on… he said it might be the best burger he’s ever had.
South Fork Kitchen is that rare combo of great vibes, amazing food, and people who truly care. It’s hands-down my favorite go-to in Stuart!

Upscale, contemporary restaurant. Happy hour drink prices are a plus. It felt warm seated at the bar maybe due to the outdoor patio door being opened often. The shrimp cocktail is $4 per shrimp and half price for happy hour. Shrimp are extremely large..too large. Empanadas were average. Menu could use more choices. We’re not rushing to return.

Wow!!! We love this place for dinner but they just started introducing Saturday/Sunday brunch, and it didn’t disappoint. We started off with the cinnamon rolls(yum) and I had the tiramisu French toast. The French toast was incredible and everyone needs to try it. The chicken and waffles were very good as well. The way the eggs are cooked are phenomenal. Not to mention, bottomless mimosas I have nothing but good things to say about South Fork!

NOT the best Happy Hour In Stuart!! I Will say their clam chowder was very good, could’ve been hotter. I now know why this is the Only item on the menu with a favorite heart beside it. Tuna was pureed on a deep fried rice cube.
Draft Beer listed at $5-8 with $2 off. Mich Ultra should’ve been the lowest priced but charged $8? Asked what beers were $5 and was told NONE OF THEM, All $8! Bit of false advertising. Disappointed Local..Never be back, too many good Happy hours in town.

I’ve been to South Fork Kitchen & Bar more times than I can count, but recently we hosted an office party in their private room. Everything was fantastic! The food was wonderful as always, particularly the empanadas and meatballs. The truffle fries are highly addictive. Espresso martini was one of the best I’ve had. Our servers were great. GM Crystal was so helpful throughout the process from reserving the room, to choosing the menu, to setting everything up. Bartenders Shawn and Grace were very kind and accommodating as well. Highly recommend South Fork for a private event and for regular dining!

Chic place to grab a tasty appetizer or a succulent full course meal!! There’s a bar inside and a bar on the patio. Happy hour deals are good. Lavender lemon drop with tequila is so good. This drink comes garnished with a sprig of smoking lavender, (think incense). Tantalizing, I know. Margarita on the rocks with full rim salt is delectable. Hanna was our server. She was accommodating and knowledgeable about the menu offerings. We will be back for sure. Recommended.

I should have made this post after the first time I stopped in. That time, everything was superb. I had the kale and brussel caesar and a twenty ounce Ribeye, one of the best steaks i’ve had in the area. Perfectly cooked, side broccolini and an extra side of truffle frires with shaved parmesan. I sat at the bar and Taylor was excellent at her job.
This time, the caesar was just as excellent as the first, and I ordered the Steak Frites with trufflle, fries and a side of broccolini. My steak came out cold.So I sent it back to be flash heated. When it came back, my fries were not truffled and the steak had no flavor and like the broccolini was underwhelming this time.
My experience the first time was so good, I will probably give them another go.
