Ordered a white mocha with a vanilla soft top. They forgot the soft top and the drink didnt taste like th standard white mocha. Additionally, the bacon guoda sandwich was missing the bacon, also the sanwhich was all slid apart too …. dissatisfied with this location in their constituency and lack of fixing mistake on this order. Worst SB order to date. I may just boycott this location.

The manger janna is not fit for a manger my bill was $6.54 then I used my stars app and it brought my bill down to $1,08 I gave her a $20 bill and soon as she took it out of my hand I realized instantly I had a dollar bill and 10 cents so no need to cash app $20 bill went back and front and said I need to cash this $20 bill and took 20 minutes of my time for a coffee and a water then takes my money the dollar bill and the 20 bill holds for 20 minutes then tells at the end my new bill is $9,49? I think everyone here knows me now because I order a mobile order everyday! But every time I do the drinks are always amazingly delicious and they never take long . I usually order in the morning everyday but here and then it’s the afternoon and the drinks still taste the same! So good they’re always friendly whether it’s at 6am or 4pm. It’s such a convenient location on my way to work and to drop off for school. Love this location and staff!

I get the same basic drink and it tastes different every single time. Espresso tastes burned and half the time they don’t use the right amount of syrup. You’re better off going down the road to the Starbucks at Kroger, they are consistent every time.

I really want to highlight the amazing customer service I’ve experienced. Natalee was extremely nice and friendly, and I truly appreciate the positive attitude she shows—it’s something I really value after a long day at work. I also have to recognize Thai, because whenever I stop by in the mornings (even if I’m a little grumpy), he always manages to brighten my day. Even when I bring my mom she always has a pleasant experience. Thank you both for making every visit such a great experience!

I walked up to the counter and a guy wearing a headset turned his back. (He was not taking a drive thru order at the time).
Alyssa came over and kindly took my order.
The guy who came in minutes after me was greeted by 3 people “hello welcome in!”
The drink was good but try not to be selective with which customers you decide to greet!
