I should give one star. But their ice cream is actually alright. This is my third or fourth attempt to give this Dairy Queen a chance. I love their malt drinks, and primarily enjoy ordering a Mocha Moolatte. I have tried ordering it the last 3 times we’ve went. Machine has been “down” every time. It’s been a month since the first visit. As for the other ice cream/blizzards. They are usually alright, but I noticed this visit that the girl making the blizzards was NOT wearing gloves. Fine that’s okay they’re in a cup, but she also made a sundae with no gloves…maybe that’s normal but I feel like all the other locations I’ve gone to wear gloves. As for the burgers I ordered. Pitiful is the nicest word I can come up with. Looks like a McDonald’s burger but was probably $5 more. And on top of that there was no onion or pickle. For that price I at least want some crappy soggy onions or pickles. I’m honestly just disappointed I spent money on this.

The building is not the newest, it’s an older location, but it is well maintained. The food was good. The buns for our burgers were actually warm, something you don’t get at most fast food places where the bun is straight from a plastic bag. Fries were hot and crispy. Burgers were fully cooked and not too greasy.
In our group we all got the $7 lunch meal. Our order was ready quickly and there was seating available with clean tables. The bathrooms were also reasonably clean and stocked. Parking was readily available.
Overall we had no complaints.

This place is pathetic. We were n the drive thru for over 45 minutes. Couldn’t leave because we pre ordered thru fb app. They didn’t give us all of our food or any of our sauces. Our food was COLD. Ice cream was melted . Not sure how they stay open because it’s always the same experience .

Definitely one of the better Dairy Queens that we have been to. Nice staff, good food, and warm atmosphere.
Hopefully they can remodel soon as the decor is a little old.
But still, you cannot beat the chicken strip basket, a cold Dr. Pepper, and a chocolate dipped cone!

Had to listen to the most vulger music playing on some radio behind the counter while waiting on food and some of the ingredients on my food was old and sour. Not the best place to eat.

Pulled up to the speaker and was ignored. At the window, three employees sat talking, ignored me again, then made rude gestures. No greeting, no respect — just unprofessional behavior that reflects terribly on the Dairy Queen brand. If you are a traveler this is a must avoid

I was passing by this town when I had an urge for an ice cream. They do not have chocolate ice cream and they didn’t have chocolate sprinkles. The vanilla ice cream was melting by the time I received it. The customer service I received was good, as the cashier was attentive.

My daughter ask for fudge and sprinkles on her free sundae.. and they said that it would be a .53 cent charge and I said well I’ll have to pay with my card and they said they couldn’t and still denied her of the second topping to her face over .53 cents because I didn’t have it in actual change I will never go to there again I’ll drive to lake park where they know how to do business and treat people
