I went there 2 weeks ago with my husband while visiting the area. We live in France, where KFC is really bad, so I always want to have some good fried chicken when we are in the US. I read the bad reviews and decided to try this KFC anyway (no other choice, it’s the only one!). We were pleasantly surprised, it was very clean, the staff was friendly and the food was pretty good . I don’t understand why this place has so many bad reviews!

We placed an online order, but due to my husband’s work schedule, he wasn’t able to pick it up until about an hour later. When we arrived, we asked the manager if the food could be remade since it had been sitting for so long. He agreed to remake everything except the bucket of chicken we got through the rewards program. He claimed he couldn’t remake it because it would come out of his paycheck—which doesn’t make sense to me. I’m the one who paid for the food, so I don’t understand how that would affect his pay. It honestly felt more like an excuse not to remake it. The chicken was cold and unappetizing after sitting for an hour, and the rest of the food wasn’t much better. Really disappointing experience. We won’t be back.

This kfc has the best chicken. The drive thru was super fast. The best kfc in the world 10/10 . You guys did a good job. Keep up the good work. Have a good chicken day . Pulled up at 830 half hour before close. They shut the drive through light off on us as well as wouldn’t even acknowledge us at the drive through window. Just continued to visit and joke with each other. Go to Pizza Hut across the street super friendly and willing to serve people.

Lady was a bit pushy kept saying what else like she wanted us gone. Said total at the window Got to the window didnt verify our order just said 21.73. she didn’t get half our order. We tried to get her attention just shoved our food to us n shoved our food at us n closed the window the conversation she was having was probably more important. The bad reviews are definitely from before they remodeled and rehired a lot of the staff. I’ve had an incredible experience every time I’ve gone here. Quick, efficient, but doesn’t skimp out on quality and kind service. I’m all about efficient drive thrus being a manager in the fast food business as well, and these guys definitely mean business.
