I want to give a huge shoutout to Agustin for consistently going above and beyond! I come to this Burger King a couple of times maybe even 3 times a month, and every single visit Agustin is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the restaurant is always super, super clean. He truly makes the experience better just by his positive attitude and great customer service. It’s rare to find someone who is so consistently kind and professional, and it definitely does not go unnoticed. Burger King is lucky to have him!

Ordered coffee at 4:30 in the afternoon and they would not make a pot!! Lazy or incompetent or both!! This is the number the rude manager gave me to make a complaint! Bogus number, nothing to do with Burger King!

Went in to pick up a delivery order and decided to place a mobile order. I placed it and waited. A man had just placed his order at the counter, too. I watched as several orders were taken to the drive thru, one after the other. Those of us in the lobby were still waiting.
The drive thru line was short, at best. I kept thinking they would bring a completed order to the counter. Wishful thinking. The only time an employee came to the counter was when two drive thru orders had brought their incorrect items in. They waited so long, they started making comments. An employee finally took care of them and went back to ignoring the lobby.
Finally, after 15 minutes of my waiting in the lobby, let alone those who were waiting before I got there, I spoke up and asked when they would start making the food for the orders in the lobby. She asked if I wanted to finally place my order, and I had to remind her that I had told her I placed a mobile order when I first arrived, over 15 minutes ago. She said something in Spanish to the gal making the food and followed that up with, “He’s been waiting too long.” And she made a point of repeating it twice. When I finally got my food nearly 20 minutes after I had placed my order inside the restaurant, I started to leave and the others who had been waiting for the food longer than I had got up and started asking about their orders, too.
It wasn’t busy. Not by a long shot. Either the food preparer ignored the lobby orders, or they have made the decision to prioritize drive thru orders over lobby orders as long as there’s a car in the drive thru line.

Last night I came to order food with an impossble Wopper, repeated it 2 times, but they gave me not vegan and put the filling not what I asked, I came back asked to ashes, they remade the wrong thing at all, put why 2 cutlets, but I did not ask for it, and everything else was also wrong, I returned again, and for the third time a thief was called to the kogla and told him personally I did everything right, the girl working at the checkout was not adequate and therefore could not even make out my order even though it was It’s very simple! The worst experience of all Burger king I’ve ever been to!

Wow. I just can’t believe it. Food came out with horrible quality. The drink station was a mess floors super sticky trash everywhere. We were there 25 min and Noone even attempted to clean it. The burgers were burnt like a hockey puck. Will likely not visit this location again. It’s like they just don’t care at all.

I love burger king whole heartedly but this one establishment is a train wreck. my partner and I went through the drive through this morning and had the most difficult experience with the drive through employee. she had us pull around before we even ordered because she couldnt hear us and shes new so she didnt know about the deals or anything, which is alright. it wasn’t until we went back around to actually order our food that it became irritating. she said hello and we responded, telling her we just needed a minute, then when we called out to make the order which didn’t even take us a minute to decide, she helped 2 other people who were in line after us, seemigly ignoring us. when we got to the window she went over our order and forgot one of our sandwiches, so we cleared up the mistake, told her it’s one more sandwich, and she went to fix the order. we’ve already been at the drive through for 30 minutes total while it’s not busy, no lunch rush or crazy lines which was ridiculous but I understand being new so we tried to be patient. after maybe another 5 minutes she gives us our order, asked if it was all in there and it wasn’t. once again we had to correct her and she looked at my partner as if she was lying about there being a sandwich missing but surprise surprise she looks in the bag and it’s true. we finally get our other sandwich, go home and sit down to eat our food and when we pull the food out of the bag the sandwiches are half smooshed, my partners whopper had mayo and ketchup on there despite politely asking for none of it to be on there and also gave us the wrong breakfast sandwich.
overall, this place needs to do better. train your staff better, don’t give out flattened burgers, make the food correctly and fix your system for the drive through. I’m sure people are tired of going there and nobody can hear the order to which ends up giving them the wrong food.

Manager lady was extremely rude. I asked for my food to be remade. She took her dirty hands grab my chicken off it threw it on a new piece of bread and gave it to me. I told her I wanted it all remade because she touched it with the same hands she just collected money with I refuse to eat it. She then proceeded to curse at me in a different language. This lady should be fired.

As far as Burger Kings go, this is the best one around. The food always seems fresh. Best of all the people here are always so friendly and kind, and seem to be genuinely enjoying their day.
