This is my girlfriend and I’s favorite pizza place by far and especially our favorite spot to go after catching a movie. For Valentine’s Day I called to make a reservation, and they have a heart shape pizza that typically is only done in deep dish pepperoni. Well, our go to is the Mac and cheese pizza which is the most delicious pizza you’ll ever eat in your life by the way. But I called and asked if they could make an exception for Valentine’s Day and they were so incredibly kind in allowing a one time exception for us to do a heart shaped Mac and cheese. These people are great and I’ll be coming back for as long as I live. Thank you bourban house!

I have been multiple times and have now tried the thin and deep dish styles of pizza. They are both exceptional. Very cheesy, but not too much. Obviously, these are two very different styles of pizza but each is perfection for it’s type. I personally do not usually love deep dish pizza but Bourbon House does it right. The crust is crispy and flavor full, the staff is wonderful, and the atmosphere is very well put together.

MARYYYYYYYYYY! We love ya for bringing Chicago style pizza to Kentucky! WHEN i say this was nothing short of amazing! Service top tier! Atmosphere was great and meeting the owner ( MARY) was the highlight of our night! Please try it, you will be amazed. Oh and the Bourbon Slushie! The place was clean and staff was friendly despite being severely understaffed. Came on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and there was one server. One. Another person helped run food/drinks but there were at least 8 tables—and one big party. We ordered two kids meals, a pizza and two caesar salads. Salads are extremely small for the price but the pizza was good. We waited 40+ minutes for food and they never got around to refills. I felt terrible for the staff and it made for a poor experience overall. The bacon on the pizza was great and whatever they brush on the crust was a nice touch. We are going to try the other location before writing them off completely but I would try another restaurant at the levee in the future unless I had a lot of time to kill. What staff they had was sweet but they were not able to give great service in that condition.

First time there and I can’t believe I haven’t been there sooner. Food was very very good, big portion and I only got a calzone that did the trick. I really did enjoy the location as well. Only downfall is I love draft beer and they didn’t have that, plus side is they had a very good bourbon selection. I’ll be back for sure.

We had a small wait of about 5-10 mins upon arrival and after a Reds game. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the visit. The menu has a wide variety of unique pizzas and sandwiches. The pizza itself was really tasty! I am always in the mood for pizza and will be back for more if I am in the area.

I just moved to Newport three months ago and saw a post about this place. I’m so glad I stopped in!! I always love a good family owned establishment. The food is fantastic. I came in with my parents and the three of us sat at the bar. Lisa was our bartender and she was a hoot- so fun and efficient!
We had cauliflower crust bourbon chicken pizza, plain wings and the breadsticks. Everything is made from scratch and you can tell. I was so impressed with the cauliflower crust.
They don’t have draft beer but they have a healthy list of bottle options that come with a frosted glass. They have an excellent bourbon and wine selection.
Do yourself a favor and stop in!!

My husband and I had another great experience at Bourbon House Pizza! It has become our go to place for the best pizza in town.
We both started with salads: one garden and one Caesar. Both were fresh, crisp and delicious.
Next we had the build your own pizzas. It’s great to be able to customize your own pizza. Both were delivered hot and generously topped, exactly as ordered.
I can’t say enough about how delicious they were!
