It was pure chance I ended up here. My regular coffee shop wasn’t open when I stopped by and this was en route to my destination so I decided to give it a try.
I was just planning on a plain latte, my usual order, but I saw the gluten-free scones and decided to indulge in the honey lavender option.
I was not disappointed! The latte and the scone were both on point. I can literally see the flowers in the scone!
While waiting I noticed they had lavender options for drinks as well. I did not try those, but if you love lavender, check it out.
There’s a lot of art (I’m assuming local) hanging on the walls, which I understand is for sale. They also had some really nice looking locally made soap available.
The stained glass windows really stood out to me.
I don’t go out for coffee much, but I’ll be adding the Bean to my list of favorites.
The coffee was undeniably great but the gluten-free pastries are what really elevates this place beyond some other, also great, coffee shops.

Beautiful space, kind and helpful staff, queer friendly space. I got a green tea which was standard quality and wrotesome thank you notes in a quiet corner. Enjoyed the ambiance, merch, murals and stained glass windows. They have cards from a local artist available (bring cash for these). Patio looks nice but it was too cold to try it out. Definitely worth a visit.

Spent ten weeks on the road throughout the southwest and this is probably my favorite coffee shop from the whole trip. Their toast is delicious, the yogurt and granola is a bounty, and the oatchata latte is fantastic. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I stopped because it looked like just my kind of place… and it was! I got the specialty latte made with oat milk and a gluten-free scone. The scone was giant and tasty and the latte was super delicious, creamy, and very satisfying for a beautiful fall day. i’ll definitely make this part of my regular routine while visiting my folks in Mesilla every time now 🙂

Beautiful little coffee shop, great energy. The blueberry muffin was so good and filled with whole blueberries. I’d recommend the honey lavender coffee!! Inside the café was nice and cozy. They had a nice patio area where there was shade early AM. They have good parking and bike racks. Must go!
