Place is Dirty. Food would not evan give it a 1. No one at the counter waited 8 min before I got to place an order. I ORDERED 3 Legs and supremes dinner. This order was not edible. Will not be returning. The tenders / supremes tasted of old oil. Pathetic There legs were about wing size and over cooked. $21 for garbage 3 wings and 4 tenders dinner.

Waited forever in the drive through to get one country ham biscuit. Had my order crossed up once at the window. The biscuit had clearly been sitting for a while and was not fresh. The country ham slice on the biscuit might as well not even been there it was so small. Would expect better for nearly $4 for a single biscuit. Will likely not be returning to Bojangles for breakfast.

This place is complete garbage. Never have anything in stock, attitudes are INSANE. How does a chicken place not have chicken? Then it’s the customers fault for getting upset. We have been there 3 times (plus some) and each time has gotten worse. The last time, which was just the other day, was the final straw. The only decent thing was the girl (who seemed new) that was being kind and understood why I was so aggravated. This place needs new management, workers or something. It’s got to change. It’s not a hard job (I’ve previously worked for bojangles) and if you hate it so much that you have to have a horrible attitude, just quit. Get it together bc now you’ve lost a lot of business from so many people due to shitty experiences. Maybe turn this place into something worth going to.

I order three 5 piece chicken tender meals and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. They tell me they out of cheese. Ok let me get a bacon and egg biscuit. Get to the window $42. They give me the drinks for the meals sitting waiting bout 8 minutes finally I get the tender meals. Then they tell me we out of biscuits do you want a bo berry. No I don’t want a bo berry so now I’m waiting on biscuits. Then gone ask me to pull up like nah just give me my refund for the biscuit. Mind you this ain’t the first time I’ve experienced this. I don’t think they’ll ever get it together. I have complained to corporate before also. I wish it was a Chick-fil-A there instead. When you spend $45 dollars you expect to get all your food. I didn’t shirt y’all on the cash why can’t I get my whole meal. Y’all terrible trash. As you can tell by the review ratings I’m not the only one who thinks so.

Either they need a change of staff or they need to just close this place down. I ordered $30 worth of food , meals…with drinks, they gave me three biscuits and when I told them it wasn’t right the woman at the window said that’s what you ordered. I’m looking at their order screen and see my order…she sent someone else to the window, while I did get my food, they forgot my drinks. When I went inside two other people were waiting for their orders to be fixed. I did not leave with my drinks because I was waiting for five minutes to be addressed, the two people in front of me still had not been helped/served. I left and went to DG to get drinks.
I don’t understand the slow service and the attitude that came with it. There was one nice lady who got me the correct food, but outside of that my stuff is still incomplete.

So, I’m normally nice about these kind of things but where do I even start… I waited in line for over 15 minutes. I ordered a Cajun biscuit combo with bo rounds and a large coffee, sausage egg and cheese no combo, and an apple crisp. I got my food correct but I did order ketchup and creamer for my coffee; didn’t get that. Lets back up a little bit…While I was waiting to pay for my food sitting at the window, the lady preparing the biscuits is cussing louder with the drive thru window closed. Very disappointing!

My coffee is not good like its been sitting out. DO BETTER!!!!

Update: I have mild food poisoning… Cajun chicken was not cooked thoroughly.

Service was good but my biscuit was so hard I was gone try to eat it till I realized it was not getting soft no matter how many pieces I pulled off, I expected more especially since the fries were fresh but I’m disappointed in the biscuit I wouldn’t even give it to a dog because it’ll be to hard for the dog .

Does this place have any idea how many customers just drive off because of how slow the drive thru is? Seriously there’s never less than a 20 minute wait. I’ve done it several times myself. It’s become so bad that most in the community are prepared with a plan b because they know there’s a good chance they won’t be eat there because of the wait. It’s really sad.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This restaurant is trash. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. We have given this place SEVERAL chances and every time something is always wrong, the staff have attitudes, and they’re always out of something. The food most of the time is stale cold and or over cooked and hard, the staff won’t speak to you and when they do they have an attitude or roll their eyes. They never have sauces and have several times ran out of Cajun chick. I don’t even understand how that happens. They have a great location and the potential to be a great spot but at this point just fire everyone and start over. To be a relatively new establishment, they are hands down the worst location I’ve ever gone to. Just don’t bother going there.

Ordered drive thru, paid, employee was very nice and said Bo berry wasn’t ready and to pull forward which I did. Almost 15 minutes later I actually get out of my car and head inside Because seriously Now I’m concerned that the rest of my order is going to be cold waiting for these boberry bites, that I really didn’t even want I ordered them for my granddaughter but whatever! I go inside the restaurant and still had to wait another 5 minutes or so just for those. The rest of my order was hot but I would not come back to this location simply because every Bojangles that I have gone to it’s either a long wait, or terrible service, or they’re just always seems to be something when I go to Bojangles. And it’s not like I eat there a lot most of my orders are catering orders. But this particular location I went to because it was on my way home and my granddaughter wanted breakfast. Truly that’s the only reason I stopped and went to this location. I probably will not go to any other Bojangles for my own personal orders simply because service and wait time really are ridiculous
