I was genuinely impressed by the cleanliness and service at this Jersey Mike’s location in Pooler. Everything felt top-notch and well-maintained. I especially appreciated how fresh the ingredients were — overall, the food quality was noticeably better than typical fast food.
That said, I personally didn’t enjoy the mayonnaise — the taste just wasn’t for me. And honestly, this isn’t the kind of food I usually eat, but I have to say it’s far better than places like McDonald’s or Chick-fil-A, in my opinion.
If you need a quick bite and want something reasonably nutritious and decent, I definitely recommend stopping by. The cleanliness and overall atmosphere really stood out to me — it was a very pleasant experience.

Love this place. And Jersey Mike’s in general. My family has a member with a gluten allergy. They offer gluten free bread and do the works to prevent cross contamination. Change gloves, knives and a fresh plate to ensure your meal is safe. The people are professional and seem proud of the service they provide. Great place!

This was an online order. Was told order was ready but I had to wait extra time for it. Ordered a Club sub and added/paid for extra toppings and not only was the sandwich missing ALL OF THEM, they added the only toppings I didn’t want. They also didn’t put the bacon that comes in the sandwich. I asked for mayo and mustard and they DRENCHED it completely with it. We had to eat it because we were far away from home. Supper disappointed

Placed order at 3:35 to the wrong location (this location) called 4 minutes after placing order to cancel order, once manager answered the phone she tried to tell me I was calling 10 minutes after ordering and they couldn’t cancel my order because it was already made, already made in 4 minutes? I had to call twice and the manager said they were so busy they couldn’t answer, if that’s the case how did you make my sandwich in 4 minutes if your slammed busy to the point you can’t answer the phone. It’s yalls fault yall didn’t answer the phone. Mistakes happen and yall should take that into account before just lying to a customer about when they ordered their food to try and save your store $16

I just left Jersey Mike’s on Pooler Parkway. I was hoping to dine in and just enjoy it and enjoy a day of shopping. I just ordered a chicken chipotle sub the two girls were young and inexperienced so just not professional enough but it’s cool jersey Mikes is pretty laid-back, but when I got my sub, it wasn’t hot nor was it heavy it was just eh- like very don’t know. I was skeptical from the beginning so I opened the sub. It was lacking something I added bacon to my chicken chipotle sub the bread wasn’t Warm. It felt like a raw piece of bread. Usually, the bread is warm like it’s baked in or something I don’t know so eventually I looked at the menu and I looked at my sandwich. I noticed that my peppers and onions were not on the sandwich so new employee came in. I asked him is there a way he could add cook, onions and peppers on the side thankfully he did however, when I got my sub back, the sandwich had a piece of hair. I added pictures so I took notice of all the coworkers and none of them had a hairnet so basically I threw away the sandwich and I wasted $15 on Jersey Mike’s and I highly disappointed and I’m still hungry and I will not be back to the location. The one in Savannah is way better faster service better customer service hotter food I don’t know something completely different.

First customer of the day. Very clean and well stocked. Ready for business at 10AM. Very good food and many choices. I highly recommend the steak n cheese. Friendly staff. Will return many times over. RLTW!

Went in last Tuesday to grab a regular size turkey sandwich. Left with paying $11 for 5 very thin slices of turkey and 3 slices of cheese. Sandwich tasted of mostly bread and lettuce. I thought it might be one off so gave them the benefit of the doubt, so went in on Friday and got the same portions. If this is the store policy to skim on portions for profits, all this will do is bring less customers

1:30 pm 3/2/2026 Ordered a Philly. Didn’t even bother to put it on the grill. This is the third store that this has happened at. So for the third time walked out. Not a good way to treat customers.
