I live around the corner so old worker with blonde hair needs to change her attitude cause! I was there 2x this week and she was horribly rude at night. My order was not correct in the app and she would not let me explain and told me I was holding up the line! I am a paying customer! And then second night my order was suppose to be done 9:15 I waited and watched them pack up at big order until 9:40 for them to finally open up the window and and hand me my food I saw sitting there. By that time my shake was melting! I asked if straw was in bag so I can hurry and drink the shake. She said it was in bag. I open bag to make sure. You can’t drink shake with no straw in car! She told me I couldn’t open up the bag cause it’s a Doordash order! I said I ordered it on an app! I do not work 4 DoorDash .Its my order! She then told me to move my car off the drive thru or she would call police! I said call police I did nothing wrong! I m not going to waste my gas when I live down the street to go to any other Burger Street so they better change their attitude or they will have problems! I m a paying customer!

The rewards system on the app apparently changed recently and we were told that if we wanted to use a coupon after checking in that we would need to either place two separate orders or pull around. We chose to pull around and get the coupon added. Once we pulled up to reorder, one service representative was polite and apologized for the inconvenience but was then immediately interrupted by another person over the intercom who got an attitude with us and said that they TOLD US they could just place two separate orders.
We chose to leave and go to another location because we honestly didn’t trust someone to make our food that was yelling at us for not understanding how their system worked. They also called us assholes as we were pulling off which was insane considering they were the ones shouting at us to begin with.

I purchased a sausage biscuit and was so hard and crispy it was horrible. Called back for replacement and they said the manager would not approve $1.89 sandwich

I went with big expectations to Burger King for their newly introduced menu item which is none other than the Royal Italian Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It comes with a crispy chicken, marinara sauce and an american cheese slice. The sandwich was very dry with marinara sticking to chicken. I wouldnt recommend it.

I go to BK on Peoria every morning and order a croissant sandwich with only sausage & a medium tea. They ring up a piece of sausage & a croissant. This morning it cost more and Rick, the General Manager came to the window and said he is making them charge me for a regular croissant sandwich hold the egg and cheese AND IF THEY DON’T THEY ARE FIRED!
So i changed my order to a piece of sausage and a croissant to save myself 50 cents. He said “you’ll have to build it yourself” like it was a warning.
Rick says he the co-owner of this franchise and does not have a boss. I just have a real problem that he threatened to fire his workers to me over something so petty.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!…sad horrible service, unacceptable food, Lana took our order and argued with my boyfriend about the drink he ordered when she handed him the wrong drink. “Tiffany” argued with me when I called and complained about how my food looked, then hung up the phone while I was in mid sentence. I unwrapped my burger and found it like this. NOPE NOT EATING THIS!!! I don’t recommend going here, and I’ll never return
