Came with a group of 5 ladies for a bday dinner. The atmosphere and ambiance is wonderful! Sebastian, our waiter was absolutely wonderful. Very patient, kind and was amazed to learn he graduated that same day and came straight to work! What dedication! Sebastian worked the entire room from taking orders, bartending, cleaning the tables to taking our pictures! He deserved all the kudos, tips and graduation gifts from us all. We appreciate great service & hospitality.

We were the ” Five ladies at the table” who came to celebrate our Tribe sis birthday last night. The food came out quickly, hot, and delicious. But the most awesome part of our experience was created by our waiter Sebastian. He was so helpful, and polite…it seemed like there were five of him to be honest because he took care of us efficiently along with surrounding tables and made the most perfect drinks as our bartender as well. We applaud him for helping us enjoy an amazing evening of friendship, good food and an awesome ambiance because the place is beautiful.

In short the carne asada was great and basically everything else was horrendous. I don’t think I’ve been to a restaurant that had service as bad as this, with staff running around looking dazed and confused.

Nobody seemed to know who ordered what or where any of the tables were. We were asked multiple times if this was our food and it was never our food. We were seated at 6:30 for our reservation, and our food did not arrive until 7:50 after we checked back in on it multiple times with our server and were told that it was coming soon. We had also ordered an appetizer that had never arrived. And he couldn’t tell us where it was.Our bets are that it was delivered to another table.Just with the observations, we were making. multiple people got up and left or had tried to leave and spoke to someone in charge to then have their food delivered pretty quickly after.

They ended up giving us our drinks for free. But when we were filling out the bill, we noticed there was a service charge attached, which was pretty hefty considering what we actually received from our original order. As we were a party of two I have never seen this charge at any other restaurant unless it’s a specialty restaurant experience type thing.

We also noticed on the menu that they had the same drink listed twice for different prices. Clearly nobody reviewed this before it was printed.

If they continue to operate this way, I would be surprised if they are open by next year.

My husband and I love trying new, local restaurants, so when we came across this place, we had to try it! We went for a night out with some friends and this spot did not disappoint! The food was so good, and the ambience and decor were beautiful and whimsical. We started off with some beautiful (and delicious) cocktails. Between the table for appetizers, we shared Tostones and guac, the Yuka and chicharron and empanadas and for dinner the Mango Salmon and Carne Asada, then finished with dessert of flan and the bomb (I think it was called) Everything was wonderful. Our server Andrea was so much fun and made great recommendations. There were so many things we wanted to try, more than can be done in one night, so we will definitely be back!

If you need a great place for a celebration, Lulos Eldorado room is it! Everyone was wonderful to work with, the authentic Latin food was delicious and plentiful! We didn’t need to think about anything except having a great time! Definitely would recommend!

If you just want a night out- the Restobar is a wonderful way to enjoy incredible Latin cuisine, and unique specialty drinks.

We came here our first time for Valentine’s Day! It was a cute place, but when I tried to ask staff how to check in, I was ignored (might have been a language barrier). From there our table was super cute, environment was great. However, right away we were only given one glass for water. And then waited 10 minutes for water after that. We put our orders in, and then were told by our server that due to their limited menu for the night, one of the meals had to be switched. (we witnessed a cook or manager yell at the poor server in front of customers about originally accepting that order) We also had ordered a drink that never came out, even after asking multiple staff members to check on it. Our first meal came out after 30 minutes. The second meal took another 25 minutes to come out. By that point, the first meal had gotten cold. So we asked them if there was any way to reheat it, and we were told multiple times that they would “ask someone” or “check on that.” It never got heated up. The service overall was friendly, but slow. Our server did let us know that it was her first day (she was incredibly sweet and was trying her best but you could tell it was most likely her first time in food service). This spoke volumes on the management for allowing her first shift to be on Valentine’s Day when they were busy. From the time were done eating to the time we received the check about another 10 minutes had passed. Displeased, but the owner spoke to us afterward and was very apologetic.

LULO Cleveland is a Latin American fusion restaurant with beautiful decorations, romantic red lighting, and wall art. Although they provide a small menu, the smoothies and lemonades are very tasty and fresh. The beef empanadas were not the best I’ve had, but still pretty good. We couldn’t get an entree because our server took forever to come to our table, she also took forever to give us our check, only three tables were occupied it was a weekday, so we ended up going somewhere else for food.

This place is a great relaxation spot for people living in the flats or the warehouse district! My only complaint is the lighting in the basement dining area makes it a little hard to see. For one; the food is delicious. We had the Empanadas as our appetizer and two of the Churrasco steaks for our entrees. The empanadas are extremely flavorful and packed with filling (we only had the beef option, supposedly there are more flavors)! Also, the steak was out of this world! The crust they developed on the steak is the best I’ve had at a restaurant, hands down! Between the layers of salt, pepper, cuminc, etc and the sauce on top, it made my tastebuds light up like no other steak in the area. Lastly; while the lighting was a little dark which made it hard to read the menu, the atmosphere and service were top notch. Our server, Sebastian, was so polite and catered to our needs or questions. He even gave us a little bit of information on where their produce was from! Absolutely outstanding service from a young man, and I can only imagine how great the rest of the staff is. Overall, I’d highly recommend Lulo’s to anyone in the Flats/Warehouse District area and beyond.

A group of girlfriends and I came out to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was absolutely alluring—but the service is what truly stood out.

Our server, Sebastian, was clearly busy, yet he never once forgot about our table. He gave us time to take pictures, brought our food out promptly, kept us informed if there were any delays, made sure our water glasses were never empty, and remained patient and attentive with a large group the entire time.Outstanding service makes all the difference, and Sebastian delivered. Cheers to a job very well done! #Table10

Service was unbelievably slow and the food wasn’t worth the wait. Overall the food was mediocre at best. It took a full hour just to get the guacamole, and even then two other appetizers were completely forgotten. We even let 2 people know our other appetizers were forgotten and ensured they would come out… they never did. Our entrees didn’t arrive until about 45 minutes after the guac. The server NEVER checked on us once, and getting a Diet Coke required asking four different people.
To make it worse, a 20% gratuity was automatically added for a party of two, and the server didn’t even remove the forgotten appetizers from the check until we pointed it out. The whole experience was frustrating from start to finish. Steer clear if you don’t want to lose your sanity. Extremely disappointed and will never be back.
