Love this Jersey Mike’s. The staff is always kind, the store is clean, and the food tastes fresh. They make the sandwiches perfectly — if you ask for extra of something, they don’t hold back. Extra pickles actually means extra pickles. So good.

I have never been to the restaurant before, we decided to buy some subs for dinner, I arrived around 8:45pm, a guy was waiting for his sandwich and 3 girls were working there. The girl at the front, the one with glasses was nice, but the blond girl who was on the grill was upset when I got there, so upset that when she finished my sandwich, she walked towards me so mad that she threw the sandwich so hard inside the bag and she broke the bag. I asked the other 2 girls if she was upset, and the girl with glasses said that she was upset because they were about to close. I said that I understand that it was closing time, but I arrived on time, and it was not my problem if she cleaned and put everything away before closing time. She offered me a new bag, I said that it was not about the bag, it was about the attitude she gave me, she also had the same attitude with the guy who was waiting. But the guy was on his phone so he didn’t see the way she put his sandwich on the counter. Manager, look at the cameras, the time was around 9:02pm when he walked towards me with my sandwich, I also said thank you and she did ‘t said anything and then she threw the sandwich inside of the bag and walked away. There are lots of people looking for a job, if she doesn’t want to be there, she can leave. We go and spend our money on sandwiches but we definitely don’t want to be treated like that.

I visited this location after the lunch rush had ended, and the sweetest girl with glasses, eyebrow piercing, and space buns helped me out! She recommended me the Original Italian grilled, and it was scrumptious! She was so kind, and even cracked jokes that made me giggle! Definitely recommend coming here!

Curbside pickup is advertised with signage, but it is not actually honored. Staff refused to bring orders outside, even though designated parking spots are posted. This creates a real issue for disabled customers or anyone who cannot easily go inside. If curbside pickup isn’t truly offered, the signage should be removed. As it stands, it feels misleading and inaccessible.

Nathan made a fantastic sandwich. The entire was amazing. The sandwiches are superb. Had a giant turkey and a regular Philly. We will definitely be back again and again and again and again. Ignore those bad reviews and come and get a super duper sandwich.

How can you look me in my face, take my whole order, knowing my bread was hard as concrete………..you picked it up first lol!!!! Sandwiches went through 3 different people and no one thought perhaps this bread is too hard to sell to a customer. Just that little initiative would’ve caused me to spend more money. But I guess I should be saving during these time anyways, so thanks!

Like many have said, there is rude service here. Someone mentioned even a manager was rude to them, so it seems like it comes from the top down. I have been here twice and both times at least my food has been good. I guess it is Jersey Mike’s and not Texas Mike’s. I shouldn’t have expected Southern hospitality
