Indoor – limited seating if you come on weekends! Weekdays are more open.
Outdoor – lots of seating! The tables were dirty so we had to wipe it down. Not a big deal since they have tissues inside for us.
Lemon ricotta pancakes – it’s a bit dense but the lemon flavor is there! The fruits were sour the day I went but still delicious! I’d say it’s a big portion for 1 person!
Breakfast burrito – delicious! 10/10 would come back for this! It’s filling and enough for 1 person. The salsa, definitely could’ve used 2 scoops. The 1 scoop they provided wasn’t enough for me so I had to ask for hot sauce on the side.
Pricing- it’s high with tax and tip.
I still go back for the burrito when I’m in the area! I usually order online and I can pick up and head back out!
Parking – it can be difficult on the weekends, but on the weekdays, it is very clear and open for people to find parking.
We work next door at Perlman Clinic and have ordered several dishes, and everything has been absolutely delicious.
The service is incredible, and the owners are truly kind and welcoming.
Whenever we plan a trip to California, we talk about how we are excited to eat here. It’s not a true California trip unless we eat here at least two times.
Our favorite things to get are the breakfast burrito, the avocado toast, the cookie butter latte (seasonal), and an iced matcha with vanilla.. but we’ve also had the lemon ricotta hotcakes, and the French toast forever and those are also delicious!
We got a Spanish Latte which was very sweet with a solid punch of espresso at the end of each sip and pistachio rose which has a very floral flavor and a more mild sweetness. Both coffees were great overall and would definitely grab again.
For the meals we got the bacon & fried egg sandwich and the lemon ricotta pancakes. The sandwich also came with a side of breakfast potatoes, the sandwich meal was super filling and had a hint of spice with the sauce, jam, and jalapenos which really hit. The pancakes were good but the fixings really made it better, would personally say my kids waffle had better texture/flavor than the pancakes.
Overall a perfect, quick, cute little breakfast joint with very nice outdoor/indoor options.
This place is so cute! The plants, the natural sunlight, the outdoor seating to accommodate overflowing customers, the fresh ingredients, the generous portion size… I can go on and on about how much I enjoyed my experience!
This will be permanently added to my itinerary whenever I travel to Irvine!
