Looks like new staff and they don’t want to work. I asked for extra hot macchiato and I ordered it on the app and I think they had prepared. It wasn’t hot enough. I requested them to warm because it wasn’t hot enough. They said no we cannot do that so I said OK. I don’t want to refund me the money, but they didn’t know they can refund the money nor they can make a extra hot coffee for me so I wasted my five dollars plus I messed up my mood because was first coffee of the day

I have stopped going to this dunkin because they want to move everyone like cattle and have made my order wrong multiple time. My order is simple Large black coffee with 5 sugars. Today at 620 AM with no lines. I paid for my drink at the Drive thru and when I got 10 minutes away on the turnpike I took a sip and then realized they gave me the wrong coffee again. This time it was a large coffee 4 oatmilk and 4 Carmel swirl. Thats another order messed up. Matching an order to the cup tag is to hard for the cattle pushers.

The woman at the desk is really nice and courteous however, the guy manager (blue shirt) is mean to her. He follows her and tells her to ring up people at the front desk as she was making my coffee.
How about ringing the customers yourself because you were doing nothing just standing around giving commandments.

The staff is always super kind and helpful especially the night shift ladies. Did wish they had better inventory usually no popular donuts available. Feel like they should order more of the popular flavors. But overall my order always gets made fast and great service.

Went to drive through and asked for extra caramel in both iced coffees, there was none. Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese wraps, they weren’t even on the wrap falling apart and full of grease dumped in the same bag. Parked the car went inside asked for coffee to be changed and new wraps made, lovely attitude from the employees. DO BETTER, your food and drinks are not cheap!

The coffee was excellent, exactly as requested and the donuts were fresh, but above all the very nice cashier took it upon herself to help me with my mom’s Birthday donut. It was a little thing but it made our day! Thanks to the very nice staff 🙂

Dunkin’ Donuts is my daughter’s favo place to stop by and have a quick bite. Its an easy solution for the sweet cravings or coffee cravings. Their service is pretty quick even when you arnt using drive thru.

The service was absolutely horrible, they tended to drive thru people more and comepletely ignored people who came inside the store. We tried to explain that we didn’t have much time to be there but these workers wouldn’t understand. Never going here again. Left without our food and gave our money to this shitty place.
