This modern-rustic locale features choice coffee & espresso drinks, along with gourmet sandwiches.

Great place to get excellent espresso and draw a mouse ( ╹▽╹ ). Highly recommend for a local place that will make you feel right at home. And most important… the latte was excellent. Breakfast sandwich great with added herbs. I also bought some artisan chocolate Soma which is YUM (Old school rough ground).

Stopped in to Philter for a quick coffee and place to work while in the area.
I got the iced autumn latte, which was very tasty. Balanced, a little nutty and not overly sweet.
The interior was cozy with lots of plants. I do want to note that there was a lot of built up dirt/grime in the bathroom, which was a bit off putting.

Cozy coffee shop vibes, never disappointed with my visits here. Food, drinks, service, always wonderful. I enjoy the artwork around the shop too.

Pretty good latte. I got a honey latte and thought the microcosm was great. The honey was a bit sparse I thought though and the art was a good attempt. I really enjoyed the atmosphere with all the plants and life around.

Phenomenal breakfast sandwiches, some of the best weve ever had. Flavors like sweet daikon take them over the top.
We frequent philter often for both breakfast and coffees. From pour over to a dessert latte, they make everything very well.

We hadn’t been here in quite some time so it was good to be back. The coffee here is excellent. I had both their specialty mocha latte which was extra chocolaty without being overly sweet, and a Cortado which was also very good. The food menu was a little limited but the breakfast sandwiches were good. The service was friendly and efficient, and the place has great ambience. We will be back.

A very cool coffee shop with artsy vibes and plenty of plants adorning the space. They use Ceremony coffee beans. I had their classic bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on sourdough. It was a bit underwhelming due to its lack of flavor. Nothing great, nothing bad, just eh. Maybe the bread was too large for the sandwich – the proportions just felt off. I love the vibes here though, and I will come back for more coffee. Maybe I’ll just skip on the sandwich.

Great atmosphere, tremendous service by Kira who we loved, decent food, and reasonable prices.
The only reason I gave this place a 4 instead of 5 is because their non coffee drinks aren’t good. The chai tea latte and hot chocolate were both very bland. My husband said the caramel latte was very good.
The breakfast sandwich was delicious, the tiny pumpkin and banana bread had good flavor but a bit dry, and the little caramels they sell at the register was very enjoyable.
I loved the style of the shop and they have plenty of nice little spots to sit quietly and enjoy your time.
I do also wish they had a few more sweet and savory food options but they still have a decent selection.

Enjoyed our visit. Coffees were great, enjoyed the layout of the cafe, two friendly staff working, were really helpful explaining the speciality coffees. Enjoyed my espresso + tonic, never had one before as it’s definitely not a thing back home (visiting from Australia) Plenty of nice cakes displayed which I was eager to try if we hadn’t already had lunch. Enjoyed the artworks around which were for sale supporting local artists.
