Even when you place an order online, they still somehow manage to mess it up. I specifically wrote “NO CHEESE,” and the label on the outside of the bag clearly said “NO CHEESE.” So tell me why, when I opened the burger, it was loaded with cheese? It’s like they go out of their way to ignore the simplest instructions.
This location is an absolute disaster. The customer service is beyond terrible rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. I have no idea why this McDonald’s even opened if they were going to get everything wrong: wrong orders, horrible service, and zero accountability. To make it worse, the employees regularly close the store up to an hour before the posted closing time like customers don’t matter at all.
Whoever invested their money into this franchise completely wasted it. Bad management and incompetent employees ruin a business’s reputation, and this place is proof of that. Even if they fired every single employee and started over, I would never come back. This location deserves every bit of criticism it gets.

I love McDonald’s, but this specific location is extremely slow, no matter what time of day you go. I’ve been here in the morning, at midday, and in the afternoon; whether it’s busy or completely empty, it always takes forever to get your order.
This is not just my opinion — my whole family lives near this McDonald’s and we all feel the same way. The slowness is constant.
Today I ordered some breakfast sandwiches and selected parking spot number 4 for delivery, but I still had to get out of my car and look for the bag myself. To make things worse, I could see employees opening each sandwich because they didn’t even know what they had packed. That says a lot about how disorganized things are.
Again, I like McDonald’s, but this particular restaurant is very, very slow, and the experience is always frustrating. Hopefully one day they can improve their organization and service, because the potential is there, but right now it’s clearly not being used.

We ordered a quarter pounder meal and a McChicken meal through the app for pick up thru the drive-through. The quarter pounder was refrigerator cold absolutely nothing about it was warm whatsoever. It was the wrong patty, not a quarter pounder patty, and of course by the time we opened the box and realized it we were 15 miles away. I’ve eaten McDonald’s for 54 years and I don’t expect much out of it but halfway warm food would be a reasonable request. Would NOT recommend this McDonald’s.

Good place to stop for quick bite. Kiosk ordering is sometimes a challenge for older folks, but there’s usually someone available that can help when needed. I just had a small sandwich and small drink on this stop. Have dined here before with no bad experiences. Restrooms are clean, but I don’t like the air dryers for your hands.

First time I came here last week I got charged for a Extra sauce. No biggie. But the sauce wasn’t even in the bag. My fault for not checking. Then today I made sure the sauce was in there. But I ordered my burger per usual no mustard no pickle. Extra ketchup and onions…see attached photo. Lol c’mon now. A whole like 2 slivered onions and small amount of ketchup. You had one job lol

I know that the people that work there work at McDonald’s and probably hate their lives as the attitude that these people give, gives that vibe but if you hate working there that much quit and get a new job. People come through here spend their hard earned money and you act like you don’t care. You don’t listen and you take the wrong order. And then really don’t care if you corrected or not. I know McDonald’s is like the worst of the worst whenever it comes to fast food and it’s kind of a joke but really why live up to the stereotype. I will never visit this Bixby McDonald’s again and I don’t think anyone else should. I really hope it gets shut down so these people won’t have the job. They hate so much.

Very clean, friendly staff, compact dining, vivid color scheme. You could tell this place is mainly for the drive thru . That being said it’s really hard to turn left out of the entry. There was not a drink station for refills, but you had to give your cup to the person behind the counter. We arrived before 10:30 and they could not enter our lunch order. But she did ring us up and it came out at 10:30 very hot and fresh. The food was good and we will be going back. There are a few good rewards on the. McD app.

According to Google, this McDonald’s closes at 12:00 a.m., but I arrived around 11:00 p.m. and no one was taking orders at the drive-thru. There were employees’ cars outside and the lights were on, yet no service. It seems like they just wait until 12 without attending customers. Very poor experience and lack of professionalism. If they close earlier, they should update their hours.
