I’ve been to many Burger King locations, but none compare to this one. The attention and genuine care from the staff is incredible. I’m not sure if she was the manager, but one of the employees went table by table asking if everything was okay or if we needed anything. The food was served incredibly fast, even with more customers present. I truly appreciate the level of service and the positive energy in this place at this time — 12:48 PM on the 29th. I wouldn’t compare it to any other location. Thank you for such excellent service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place is spacious and has good sitting options. Unfortunately the staff 50% is usually acting rude in some way or another , but other half is always 100% professional and give a free small cup meant for water but can be used for any soda drink without them giving problems. The burgers 9 out of 10 fresh and cooked fully , all tomato, onions etc inside are stacked good quality. Soda machine been having fresh soda mix for a long time now. Alot of place to park cars etc. Has a decent bike rack too.

The General Manager Janet and Dyneiqua were very professional and courteous at this Burger King! They keep their store clean and bathroom very clean. I really needed to be treated with kindness today and got that here from asking to use restroom in midst of me picking up my nurse scrubs tops that were embroidered next store. Then came back because my favorite fast food joint and how nice Dyneiqua was when asked to use restroom. I ordered the Duo , Chicken sandwich and Whooper Jr with Cheese to go. Thank you Creator for placing such nice staff here at this moment on a day I felt to cry. You never know what one is going through and feeling a bit overwhelmed and iffy about a new employ. Thank you and hope Burger King shoes appreciation to stores like these to keep good employees. We need kind people who treat one and their hard earned funds with respect!

End of the day this is the profession you chose and I know it may get frustrating while working the late shift but you have to get it together. You could have had a bad night or whatever but that’s no excuse. Tall got to do better at this one. It’s not just her but they lack everything at this location.

The drive thru attendant was rushing us through our order. Kept asking if that was all after every item and then she eventually started yelling the total. It got to the point where I had to tell her if she didn’t want to be at work on Valentines Day then clock out and go home.

Ordered six whopper Jr’s and none of them had tomato or onion and barley any lettuce. They could’ve told me the were out of tomato and onion, but they just threw something together and put it in a bag. If they would’ve told me I could’ve just drove to another one. Never going back to this location.

Horrible service and will not return. I want my money back and want to report this store. I order online and came in friendly. As soon as I walked in the Employee Dieanna said they only have fries and nuggets and to cancel my order online because she could not do it and that’s how I ordered. She needs to be retrained and or removed as an employee because of her rude attitude. Customer service, please get back to me ASAP. I already received an email from Kristen and am waiting for this to be refunded for $14.62 due to not getting my orders since the facility only had limited of food.

Dawn made our night by just being super sweet. I haven’t heard the BK tagline at a lot of BK’s lately, so it was just very fun and nostalgic to hear her greet me that way! To top it off she then offered my son a crown Thank you I’m actually grieving right now so this little treat meant a lot.
