On January 17 2026, i placed an order at 6:09, with a ready time of 19 to 29 minutes so between 6:28 and 6:38. I arrived at their pickup window at 6:43 and waited over 5 minutes while no less than 2 employes walked past the window and completely ignored me
It took me blaring my horn to get them to come to the window. I gave them my name and after about another 2 minutes, the employee came back and said it would be a further 15 minutes, the order had just gone into the oven,, at this point I’d gad enough so l drove away.
I then tried calling to speak to a manager, after being put on hold, the person on the phone would not let me speak yo the manager, the voice sounded like the same person that came to the window.
After being a faithful regular at this domino’s, I’m taking my business elsewhere. Plenty of other places that actually provide good customer service.

Had to use door dash to order *pickup* because dominos site wasn’t working
Arrived at the time indicated by website (10:45). Waited at pickup window.
Waited. Waited.
When they finally came to the window, they first couldn’t find my order. Then said they hadn’t even made it yet. Told me I needed to wait another 10 or 15 minutes.
I gave them 20 minutes, returned to the pickup window and now I was second in line. I waited 10 minutes while that car was waiting for somebody to come to the window. Pizza was 30 minutes late. No apology.

My most recent pizza from here lacked the cheese. We’re talking pizza here, guys. A pizza that’s short on cheese is not a pizza.
And what’s up with the feta they use? It feels very full faux feta (got feta in addition to reg cheese). And the dry spinach leaves must cease from all existence!
Advice: when the app asks, “cheese it up?” just do it. Pay the extra. Otherwise, you’re getting a tomato pie.

Saw the Large 2-Topping carry out special for $6.99. I placed one order and on the crust option it said “would you like to add Parmesan stuffed crust for $3 more?” So I checked yes. Assuming I was getting a large two topping pizza with Parmesan stuffed crust. My mom picked my order up for me and while bringing it to me she decided she wanted one. So I did another online order for the exact same deal adding the special crust for $3 extra. We get both orders and both pizzas are a medium. I call the store and speak with the manager and told him what I ordered. He said “Those are online orders, we don’t deal with that we just make the pizzas” he then told me that the Parmesan stuffed crust don’t come in a large size. I explained to him that it does not say when you pay the $3 that it is changing the pizza to a medium. I was expecting to get a large size to feed my kids and ended up with a medium. This manger was very rude, he said “that’s how you ordered it I can’t do anything about it” he wasn’t willing to make it right, he didn’t apologize, he acted clueless that it changes it to a medium online after the $3 up charge. All the money I have spent with this company over the years and to be treated so rude when I was desperately hoping for some sort of resolution is ridiculous. Some people shouldn’t be managers if you don’t have any sympathy. Didn’t care to make it right. Rushed me off the phone. Like it was coming out of his pocket. Trash azs manager. Do better Dominos.

Huge thanks to the manager Pedro for donating 6 pizzas to our young men’s group while we were volunteering for cleanup at St. Augustine’s Cathedral. It was very kind of this establishment to provide pizza for us. The pizza was delicious.

Really great staff and probably the most affordable chain pizza in town. Not as weird as Papa John’s and better quality than Pizza Hut, so it’s a solid choice when you’re looking to feed a lot of people. Also, every time I go in the staff is super nice.

Recently had food delivered while I was at work. My food came SUPER dry and I always eat dominos ( check purchase history ) so that made me upset to see the quality of my food made so poorly. I reached out to the store to see if I could get a remake and was told that the food would be the same and made the same, I practically had to beg for a remake because the guy kept expressing how nothing would change. When we finally did come to the conclusion he’d send another pizza out, he literally said I’ll send another one and hung up in my face. When I called back I was shocked to know that it was a manager that handled me that way because upon calling back after he hung up in my face immediately 1 minute later a lady answered and I explained to her what happened and asked for his name . She stated his name was PEDRO AND I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN HANDLED THE WAY I WAS. Making matters even worse, he was the one remaking my pizza and I didn’t even want it because I didn’t even trust him past the point of how he was talking to me so I didn’t even TOUCH the remake they sent. I’ll never purchase from this place again based on that ONE BAD EXPERIENCE. Customer for over 12 years + GONE! If that’s how a “ manager “ acts than maybe it’s time to look into some additional training or employees to handle situations as such.

Pizza delivery was an hour late, pizza was soggy. When asked what took so long the delivery driver acted offended as if I was in the wrong for asking why my food was so late. 0/10 would not recommend.

Fast delivery and everything was hot. It’s Friday night and were shocked how good it was. Was worried that’d be a bust but everything was perfect. The Philly Cheese steak with extra mushrooms was amazing! Breadtwists with cheese deep was fresh and tasty. Didn’t have room for the brownie but it looked yummy. Other places take forever and the food sucks but not here. We’re already looking forward to ordering again soon. Thank you so much!
