This is a terrible location to order from …. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza, wings, and pepperoni pizza. Oh and a brownie( which was the only hot food received)
Cheesesteak pizza is so dry., No lol sauce at all. Wings were decent, pepperoni pizza wasn’t for me.
Girl who took out order, did great. Then a family of four showed up and two of them worked there?? So the two went to the line to make their families food???? Before all other orders…Salem and I forgot the other kids name. So mom and dad are on line cooking their kids food and dad was vaping on line?? Talking and distracting the cooks who were clocked in, who were in proper attire, follow health code regulations.
Will not go back. Will escalate this if need be to the health department. Worked in the industry for 13 years and NEVER have I seen such disrespect for food and the industry.

First time I ordered a large hand tossed with 5 toppings. When I got home I found the crust to be gooey ( under cooked). I called and they offered to replace it. I then went back and ordered again after the lady told me that there were 3 crusts…NY (very thin) pan (in between the NY and hand tossed) I told her the pan. I ask for the same toppings, I got pepperoni instead of shredded provolone cheese (I don’t like pepperoni). When I got home I called & tried to tell her (she said she was the “manager” ) the mistakes. She said “ It was made like I had requested” No it was not…she said “we don’t make pan crusts on a “large” I ask her why she didn’t tell me that and she said “Have a nice day and hung up on me!! RUDE!! I tried to call corporate but there is no way to talk to a human. Now I can see why they have such a low rating. I could have handled all the mistakes but the rudeness & disrespect is not acceptable. None of our family will ever go there again.

Just placed a review on Papa John’s and I honestly didn’t enjoy the pizza. However this pizza from Domino’s was absolutely amazing. If your reading this on the days of 8/16 through 8/21 Domino’s has a 50% OFF deal! (Online ordering only, works with delivery too. Just have to order it online)Through the end of this week 8/21! Really GREAT deal, and the pizza I ordered was GREAT! Domino’s is always great when I get it. They also have great deals all the time. They also have a bomb $7.99 Carry out deal on medium three topping pizzas, dips and 8pc. wings.(Online) and that deal is longer than just this week. Great deals for families or a cheap day for takeout when you don’t feel like cooking. 10/10!

Long time customer here! Ordered 3 pizzas for dinner and when they arrived, 2 was damaged and cold. The order arrived fast and the driver was nice. When I submitted the photos to Domino’s support requesting a refund, they’ve acknowledged and notified me when they received my claim, then nothing. No follow up. Nothing. Now that it’s pizza night again, I have to go somewhere else.

If I could rate zero stars I would!!! This is the third time me ordering Dominoes in Shelby, and only one time was edible. This is definitely the last!!! I called.
And placed an order 3 large pizzas. They sent one pizza with all six toppings on there ♀️. To make it worse, the guy was so rude. He’s the one that I placed the order with, he was rushing me off of the phone. Customer service skills not acquired evidently! And to top it off I still gave the delivery guy the money because it wasn’t his fault and my kids are hungry!!! I just ordered Papa John’s. Your service overall had been less than satisfactory, and I want my damn money back!!!!
